人力资本视域下教育投资的价值理性与反思

【摘要】：知识的价值属性为人力资本投资的合法性与合理性奠定基础,但人力资本的"功利化"取向使教育投资盲目追求功利主义、实用主义和文凭主义,由此导致教育的实践活动以工具理性为旨归,只有从教育本质上重构对人类追求知识终极价值和绝对真理的虔敬,才能在教育实践上实现对教育投资"功利化"的"祛魅",进而指明个体、家庭和国家教育投资价值理性的重构方向。
[Abstract]:The value attribute of knowledge lays a foundation for the legitimacy and rationality of human capital investment, but the "utilitarian" orientation of human capital makes educational investment blindly pursue utilitarianism, pragmatism and diploma doctrine. As a result, the practical activities of education are aimed at instrumental rationality, and only the essence of education reconstructs its devotion to the pursuit of the ultimate value and absolute truth of knowledge. Only in education practice can we realize the "disenchantment" of "utilitarianism" of educational investment, and then point out the direction of reconstructing the value rationality of individual, family and state educational investment.
