流动儿童的社会身份认同及对合作行为的影响研究

【摘要】：我国流动儿童已成为城市中一个庞大且不能忽视的群体。流动儿童的社会身份认同是预测流动儿童社会行为及城市人群体关系的重要指标。合作作为一种重要的社会交往活动,是个体社会性发展中的一个重要组成部分。为了探索流动儿童社会身份认同的现状及其与合作行为的关系,本文从以下三个方面展开研究。研究一选用自雷鹏2012年编制而成的《流动儿童社会身份认同问卷》和刘欣2013年编制而成的《流动儿童城市社会认同问卷》,以上海市3所学校4-8年级692名学生为研究对象(男生406人,女生286人),探讨了流动儿童社会身份认同的现状。结果表明:(1)流动儿童在身份评估、价值认可、情感归属和行为趋同方面,年级主效应显著,存在明显差异;流动儿童在价值认可方面性别差异显著;流动儿童在身份适应上存在年级和性别的交互作用。(2)父母文化程度对流动儿童社会身份认同有影响,即父母文化程度越高的流动儿童社会身份认同水平越高。研究二采用经典实验范式——模拟投资实验,并通过被试间设计测查流动儿童身份认同与内群外群合作行为的差异。结果表明:(1)流动儿童的社会身份认同总水平、身份评估水平和行为趋同水平越高,其合作水平越高。(2)流动儿童在与内群体、外群体进行合作时,合作水平无显著差异。研究三抽取了4-8年级中362名学生为研究对象(男生205人;女生141人),选用Alberto Voci编制国内学者刘华2008年翻译的信任量表。同时利用经典实验范式——模拟投资实验,探讨了社会身份认同水平、群际信任和合作行为的关系。结果表明:(1)身份评估、身份适应和行为趋同与群际信任呈显著正相关。(2)合作行为与群际信任呈显著正相关(3)群际信任在流动儿童社会身份认同和合作行为之间起中介作用。
[Abstract]:Migrant children in China have become a large and unneglected group in cities. The social identity of migrant children is an important indicator to predict the social behavior of migrant children and the relationship between urban people and groups. Cooperation is an important social interaction activity. It is an important part of individual social development. In order to explore the status quo of social identity of migrant children and its relationship with cooperative behavior, This study was conducted in the following three aspects. The first study was based on the Social identity questionnaire for floating Children, compiled by Lei Peng in 2012 and Liu Xin in 2013, and based on Shanghai. 692 students of grade 4-8 in 3 schools in the city were studied (406 male students, The present situation of social identity of floating children was discussed in 286 female students. The results showed that there were significant differences in the main effects of grade in the aspects of identity evaluation, value recognition, emotional attribution and behavior convergence among floating children. That is, the higher the educational level of the parents, the higher the social identity level of the floating children. The results showed that the total level of social identity, the level of identity evaluation and the level of behavior convergence of migrant children were higher. The higher the level of cooperation, the higher the level of cooperation. There was no significant difference in the level of cooperation between migrant children and internal and external groups.
