流动儿童心理健康问题的教育成因及对策研究

【摘要】:随着我国工业化及城市化进程的不断推进,大规模的农村人口向城市流动,其中也裹挟着大量的流动儿童。流动儿童正处在人格形成和发展的关键时期,独特的生活经历和特殊的情感体验,无疑会对他们的心理健康成长产生或多或少的不利影响,因而需要社会各界人士投入更多的人文关怀。本文通过文献研究法对前人关于流动儿童心理健康问题的调查研究进行了总结和梳理,并在推拉理论、素质教育理论以及心理阶段论这三大理论基础的前提下对流动人口、流动儿童、心理健康、教育成因分析这几个概念进行了总结与界定。为了清楚的了解流动儿童真实的心理健康状况,深刻挖掘出现阶段流动儿童心理健康存在的具体问题,作者以石家庄市长安区南三条市场周边、流动儿童较为集中的三所小学作为调查样本,并对样本学校的当地儿童、流动儿童、教师、流动儿童家长以及部分社会人士进行了问卷调查。通过对问卷的发放、回收与统计,作者发现部分流动儿童存在着心理健康问题,主要体现在“学习维度”、“人际关系维度”以及“自我维度”这三个方面。究其原因,从教育学分析视野来看,主要来自于家庭、学校和社会这三方力量,具体来说,表现在家庭教育不当;学校教育不足;社会教育缺失。解决流动儿童的心理健康问题,从教育视域来看,需要从以下几个方面做尝试与努力:家庭教育方面:要优化教育理念、革新教育方式、活跃家庭气氛、改善家庭环境;学校教育方面:管理者要完善校园管理、创设健康校园风貌,教师要提升教师情感、积极开展心理健康教育,学生要增强对流动儿童的了解、加强交往方式的多样化;社会教育方面,政府要宣扬文化正能量,构筑正确的价值导向,大众传媒要发挥正确的舆论导向,完善社区服务,加强社区宣传。当然,仅依靠一方的力量是难以实现的,需采取大教育观的思路、系统论的观点来分析和研究,将这三种教育力量有机结合起来,相互协调,有效沟通,发挥各自的教育优势,形成牢固的教育整体合力,才能真正、彻底的解决好流动儿童的心理健康问题。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrialization and urbanization in China, a large number of rural people are moving to cities, among which a large number of migrant children are in the critical period of personality formation and development. The unique life experience and special emotional experience will undoubtedly have a more or less negative impact on their mental health growth. Therefore, it is necessary for people from all walks of life to put in more humanistic care. This paper summarizes and combs the previous investigation and research on the psychological health problems of floating children through literature research, and puts forward the theory of pushing and pulling. On the basis of the theory of quality-oriented education and the theory of psychological stage, the floating population, floating children, mental health, In order to understand clearly the real mental health status of floating children and to dig out the specific problems existing in the mental health of floating children at the stage of emergence, this paper summarizes and defines the concepts of the causes of education. The author takes three primary schools with floating children as samples around the three southern three markets in Changan District, Shijiazhuang City, and makes a survey on the local children, floating children and teachers in the sample schools. The parents of floating children and some members of the community conducted a questionnaire survey. Through the distribution, recovery and statistics of the questionnaire, the author found that some floating children had mental health problems. It is mainly reflected in the three aspects of "learning dimension", "interpersonal relationship dimension" and "self dimension". From the perspective of pedagogy analysis, it mainly comes from the tripartite forces of family, school and society. To solve the mental health problems of floating children, we should try and make efforts from the following aspects: family education: to optimize the concept of education, to solve the mental health problems of floating children, and to solve the mental health problems of migrant children, we should try and make efforts from the following aspects: family education: to optimize the concept of education. In the aspect of school education, administrators should perfect campus management, create a healthy campus style, teachers should promote teachers' emotion, and actively carry out mental health education. Students should enhance their understanding of migrant children and enhance the diversity of their communication methods. In social education, the government should promote positive cultural energy and build a correct value orientation, and the mass media should give play to the correct guidance of public opinion and improve community services. Strengthen community propaganda. Of course, it is difficult to achieve by relying on the strength of one side alone. We need to adopt the idea of big education view, the viewpoint of system theory to analyze and study, organically combine these three kinds of educational forces, coordinate with each other, and communicate effectively. Only by giving full play to their respective educational advantages and forming a solid educational unity can the psychological health problems of floating children be solved.
