国培计划教师培训专家与学员的立场理念冲突问题解析

【摘要】:国培计划已经实施六年,就各省市的评估报告来看,学科教师教育专家与作为学员的中小学教师始终存在立场和理念冲突。学员认为,专家授课高屋建瓴、高空作业,缺乏中小学教学经验,理念性、理论性、知识性内容过多,部分受训教师学习兴趣不足。而专家们则认为,中小学教师因为所处环境限制,专业发展动力不足,迁移能力欠缺。如果一味迎合,不但难以完成培训任务,反而会将专家思维固着化。培训的目的就是学习现代教育理念,提高教学现代水平。
[Abstract]:National training plan has been implemented for six years, the provinces assessment report, teacher education experts and students as teachers always present position and philosophy conflict. Students think that expert instruction high-altitude operations, the lack of sweep down irresistibly from a commanding height, teaching experience, School of philosophy, theory of knowledge, the content is too much, some training teachers' lack of interest in learning. But experts say, primary and secondary school teachers because of the environmental restriction, power shortage of professional development, migration ability. If we blindly cater not only to complete the training task, it will be fixed. The expert thinking training is to learn the concept of modern education, improve the level of modern teaching.
