创客教育视域下师范生信息技术应用能力培养策略研究

【摘要】:创客教育作为新的教育形式走入大众视野,如何在高校开展适合学生创新能力培养的创新课程,成为今后保持教育适切性的挑战。高等教育培养的学生不仅仅是要掌握自身专业的基础知识和技能,更重要的是能够综合运用知识并自主创新应用到实际生活中。对于师范生来说,需要解决的问题是如何发展自身的信息技术应用能力,适应用人单位对人才的要求。目前,高等院校主要通过开展《现代教育技术》公共课这种“常态课”来实现学生信息技术应用能力的提升,通过有限的课时安排,实现学生能力的发展,促进创新能力的养成。文中基于对创客教育理念的理解,探究在“常态课”中实施的要素,笔者主要通过创设基于创客教育理念的课题项目等,促进学生参与学习,通过合理规划安排,资源的重组,从而使学生能力得到极大的锻炼,为职后的工作提供有效保障。本研究中主要采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法、课堂观察法。首先,进行文献研究,理清有关创客教育相关研究的国内外学者的研究论点,通过梳理国内外有关信息技术应用能力相关研究,包括标准的制定和解读。确定本文研究的理论依据,定义笔者理解的创客教育等相关概念。其次,进行问卷调查和访谈,设计合理的师范生信息技术应用能力表现调查问卷,对师范生进行调查,对数据进行整理分析,了解师范生信息技术应用能力情况。问卷调查一方面,小范围初测是进行对问卷信度和效度的检验,另一方面大范围正式测量是经过初测环节,确定各维度主要题目,进一步为培养师范生信息技术应用能力指明方向;针对小学一线教师进行访谈题目设计,了解信息技术应用的需求和使用过程中存在的问题,为下文设计和构建创客教育视域下的课程实施路径提供现实要求。最后,通过构建基于设计型的创客教育视域下的师范生信息技术应用能力培养路径,分析实施创客教育课程相关要素,以《现代教育技术》公共课为例,进行课堂观察,选取两个案例,针对课程的实施效果对学生进行访谈,了解学生在学习过程中的感受和想法,提出提高师范生信息技术应用能力的策略。
[Abstract]:As a new form of education, creative education has entered the public's field of vision. How to carry out innovative courses suitable for the cultivation of students' innovative ability in colleges and universities has become a challenge to maintain the appropriateness of education in the future.The students trained in higher education should not only master the basic knowledge and skills of their own major, but also be able to apply the knowledge comprehensively and apply their own innovation to the real life.For normal college students, the problem that needs to be solved is how to develop their own ability of applying information technology to meet the requirements of employers for talents.At present, colleges and universities mainly carry out the "normal course" of "Modern Educational Technology" as a "normal course" to enhance students' ability to apply information technology, and to achieve the development of students' ability through limited class hours.Promote the development of innovative ability.Based on the understanding of the idea of creative-guest education and the exploration of the elements in "normal class", the author mainly promotes students' participation in learning through the creation of subject items based on the idea of creating-guest education, through reasonable planning and arrangement, and the reorganization of resources.So that students' ability to get a great deal of exercise, for post-employment work to provide effective protection.This research mainly adopts literature research, questionnaire, interview and classroom observation.First of all, through the literature research, clarify the research arguments of scholars at home and abroad, through combing the domestic and foreign related information technology application ability related research, including the formulation and interpretation of standards.Confirm the theoretical basis of this study, define the author's understanding of the concept of Creator Education and other relevant concepts.Secondly, a questionnaire survey and interview are carried out, and a reasonable questionnaire is designed to investigate the performance of information technology application ability of normal school students, to investigate the data of normal school students, and to understand the information technology application ability of normal school students.On the one hand, on the one hand, the small-scale initial test is to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, on the other hand, the large-scale formal measurement is to determine the main topics of each dimension after the initial measurement.Further, it points out the direction for training the ability of applying information technology to normal school students, designs interview topics for primary school teachers, and understands the needs of the application of information technology and the problems existing in the process of using it.It provides practical requirements for the design and construction of curriculum implementation path from the perspective of creative-oriented education.Finally, through constructing the training path of normal students' ability of applying information technology in the field of creative education based on design type, this paper analyzes the relevant elements of implementing the curriculum of creative-guest education, taking "Modern Educational Technology" as an example, carries on classroom observation.Two cases were selected to interview the students in view of the effect of curriculum implementation, to understand the students' feelings and ideas in the process of learning, and to put forward strategies to improve the ability of applying information technology to normal college students.
