PISA2015“关键能力”述评

【摘要】：PISA用"素养"一词概括其测评内容,并界定为"有关学生在主要学科领域应用知识和技能的能力,分析、推理和有效交流的能力,以及在不同情境中解决问题和解释问题的能力"。PISA2015将素养直接定义为能力,即个体终生需要、具有普遍价值的关键能力。通过论述关键能力的选择标准、分类和特点,指出对学习者能力的评价和教师的专业发展的启示。
[Abstract]:PISA uses the word "literacy" to summarize its assessment, and defines it as "the ability of students to apply knowledge and skills, analyze, reason, and communicate effectively in major disciplines,"And the ability to solve and explain problems in different contexts. ".PISA2015 defines literacy directly as competence, a key ability of universal value that individuals need throughout their lives.This paper discusses the selection criteria, classification and characteristics of key competence, and points out the enlightenment to the evaluation of learners' competence and the professional development of teachers.
