责任与困境:抗日战争时期江西教育的督学群体

【摘要】：教育视导是教育行政工作的重要组成部分,督学、视学、视导员等则是教育行政部门的"耳目"和"智囊"。研究以史料为基础,考察了抗战时期江西的教育视导制度,以及以梅焕涑、曾国权等为代表的江西督学群体,回顾他们为推动战时教育所实施的视导工作,剖析其积极因素和存在困境,并归纳这一群体的时代特征。研究认为,战时江西教育能够取得可观的发展,离不开各级督学群体于困境中的努力;他们是战时推动教育的特殊群体,并在一定程度上促进了督学制度建设;但受制于当时国民政府治下的历史情境,其"教育救国"的目的未能从根本上达成。
[Abstract]:Educational guidance is an important part of educational administration, and supervision, inspection and visual guidance are the "ears, eyes" and "think-tanks" of educational administration.On the basis of historical data, the study investigates the educational guidance system in Jiangxi during the War of Resistance against Japan, as well as the Jiangxi school inspectors, such as Mei Huanghui and Zeng Guoquan, and reviews the work they have carried out to promote wartime education.Analyze its positive factors and difficulties, and sum up the characteristics of the times of this group.The study holds that Jiangxi education can achieve considerable development during wartime, which can not be separated from the efforts of all levels of supervision groups in the difficult situation, and they are special groups to promote education in wartime, and to a certain extent promote the construction of supervision system.However, under the historical situation of the National Government at that time, its aim of "saving the nation through education" could not be fundamentally achieved.
