体育舞蹈专项大学生焦虑现状研究

【摘要】:追求幸福、和谐的生活是人类文明的主旋律;保持愉悦、轻松的学习与运动心理是每一个学生追求的目标。作为同龄群体中的佼佼者——大学生,他们正处在人生的重要发展阶段,处在价值观、世界观逐渐定型时期。他们是家庭的希望,是社会发展的动力。大学生的健康成长对社会的可持续发展、对家庭的和谐幸福具有不可估量的价值。在这一背景下,加强对大学生焦虑现状的研究及如何缓解个体焦虑情绪显得尤为重要。本研究采用文献资料法、访谈法、经验总结法、问卷调查法等研究方法,调查对象为武汉体育学院体育舞蹈专项以及其他体育专项大一、大二和大三学生共340名,旨在探究体育舞蹈专项大学生心理焦虑状态及特点,为体育舞蹈专项大学生的健康成长提供有针对性的建议,并为体育舞蹈教学提供心理学依据,从而促进体育舞蹈的发展。本研究的主要结果是:1.体育舞蹈专项大学生与中国常模以及非体育舞蹈专项相比,焦虑状况有显著差异。与中国常模相比较,体育舞蹈专项大学生SAS水平显著高于常模(p0.00),在认知状态焦虑、躯体状态焦虑、状态自信心上,与常模比较,体育舞蹈专项女大学生得分显著高于常模(p0.00);与其他体育专项大学生相比较,体育舞蹈专项大学生在状态自信心上得分显著高于其他体育专项大学生(p0.05);在SAS、躯体状态焦虑上得分显著低其他体育专项大学生(p0.05),两者焦虑症状发生率差异存在统计学意义(χ2=18.901,p㩳0.00)。2.体育舞蹈专项大学生在性别、年级、独生子女、训练年限方面基本有显著差异。在性别上,男生在状态自信心上得分显著高于女生(p0.05),在躯体状态焦虑上得分显著低于女生(p0.05);在年级上,SAS焦虑水平一年级得分显著高于二年级、三年级(p0.01),在状态自信心上,二年级显著高于三年级(p0.05),焦虑检出率在年级上差异存在统计学意义(χ2=9.585,p0.00);在状态自信心上,是否独生子女得分差异有统计学意义(p0.05);在训练年限上,训练时间18个月及以下组的SAS焦虑水平得分显著高于训练30个月及以上组(p0.05),在身体状态焦虑上,训练在18-30个月之间组得分显著高于训练30个月及以上组(p0.05),体育舞蹈专项大学生焦虑症状发生率在训练年限上差异存在统计学意义(χ2=8.276,p0.00)。3.在是否是固定舞伴上,虽有较小的数值之差,但无统计学意义。本研究认为,体育舞蹈专项大学生是体育舞蹈发展的未来力量,如果他们出现心理问题且得不到重视及有效干预,体育舞蹈事业的发展必然会受到严重影响。只有重视与排解体育舞蹈专项大学生焦虑状态才能促进他们的健康成长,才能真正实现体育舞蹈教学质量的飞跃。
[Abstract]:The pursuit of happiness and harmonious life is the main theme of human civilization.As the best of the same age group, college students are in the important stage of life development, in the period of values and world outlook.They are the hope of the family and the driving force of social development.The healthy growth of college students is of inestimable value to the sustainable development of society and the harmonious and happy family.Under this background, it is very important to strengthen the research on the present situation of college students' anxiety and how to alleviate the individual anxiety.This study adopts the methods of literature, interview, experience summarization, questionnaire investigation and so on. The subjects of this study are 340 freshmen, sophomores and junior students of Wuhan Institute of physical Education.The purpose of this paper is to explore the psychological anxiety state and characteristics of college students in sports dance program, to provide specific suggestions for the healthy growth of sports dance students, and to provide psychological basis for the teaching of sports dance, so as to promote the development of sports dance.The main result of this study is 1: 1.Compared with the Chinese norm and non-sports dance program, the anxiety status of the college students in sports dance program is significantly different.Compared with the Chinese norm, the SAS level of the sports dance college students was significantly higher than that of the norm, and compared with the norm in cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety and state confidence.The scores of female college students in sports dance program were significantly higher than those of the norm (P 0.005), and compared with those of other sports students,The scores of physical state anxiety in sports dance students were significantly higher than those in other sports majors (P 0.05), and in SAS the scores of somatic state anxiety were significantly lower than those in other sports subjects. The incidence of anxiety symptoms was significantly different between the two groups (蠂 2 / 18.901 / P 0.000. 0. 2).There are significant differences in sex, grade, only child, training years.In terms of gender, male students scored significantly higher on state self-confidence than girls, and lower scores on somatic state anxiety than girls, and SAS anxiety level in grade 1 was significantly higher than that in grade 2, and in grade 3, it was p0.01, and in state self-confidence, it was significantly higher in grade 1 than that in grade 2.The prevalence of anxiety in grade 2 was significantly higher than that in grade 3 (蠂 2 9.585%, p 0.005), the score of only child was significantly higher in grade 2 than that in grade 3 (蠂 2 9.585%, P 0 05), and in the training years, there was a significant difference in the score of only child (P 0 05).The scores of SAS anxiety in the group of training for 18 months and below were significantly higher than those in the group of 30 months or more, and the scores of anxiety in physical condition were significantly higher than those in the group of 30 months or more.The scores of training group in 18-30 months group were significantly higher than those in 30 months and more group (P 0.05). There was significant difference in the incidence rate of anxiety symptoms in sports dance special college students in the training years (蠂 2 + 8.276%, p 0.005 路3).There is a small difference in whether or not to be a regular partner, but there is no statistical significance.This study believes that sports dance special college students are the future strength of sports dance development, if they appear psychological problems and do not pay attention to and effective intervention, the development of sports dance will inevitably be seriously affected.Only by paying attention to and eliminating the anxiety state of sports dance students can we promote their healthy growth and realize the leap of sports dance teaching quality.
