从英语国家教育“走出去”的模式看国家语言战略

【摘要】：教育"走出去"是教育对外开放的重要构成。语言在教育"走出去"过程中起着载体和杠杆作用。英语国家在教育"走出去"过程中,利用英语势能形成了不同的实践模式,既推销了英语,又借力英语强化了教育"走出去"。二者的互动及诸种模式对中国制定国家语言战略有启发。国家语言战略要从宗旨、愿景、目标和路线图四个维度入手,既促进教育"走出去",也借力教育"走出去",形成两种战略的比翼齐飞。
[Abstract]:Education "going out" is an important component of educational opening to the outside world.Language plays a carrier and lever role in the process of education.In the process of "going out" in education, English-speaking countries have formed different practical models by using English potential energy, which not only promotes English, but also strengthens education "going out" with the help of English.The interaction between the two and various models are instructive for China to formulate the national language strategy.The national language strategy should start from four dimensions: aim, vision, goal and road map, which not only promote education "going out", but also "go out" through education.
