任务导向的慕课研修模式分析

【摘要】:任务导向的慕课研修即研修初明确研修任务和目标,研修中采用线上与线下相结合的方法来展开,遇到问题给予及时解答,以有效达成研修目标、改善研修体验的教师专业发展模式。基于上海市高中名校慕课建设的教师研修项目,本研究通过问卷调查和座谈访谈等方法对任务导向的慕课研修实践进行了调研,分析表明:明确的研修目标、优质的线上课程、及时的答疑辅导、针对问题的线下研修等是研修实施的关键;任务导向的慕课研修需要改进之处有:学员间的交流不够有效,研修的自主性与组织实施成本之间的矛盾,研修组织管理有待改善等。
[Abstract]:Task-oriented study is to make clear the task and goal of the study at the beginning of the course. In the course of the study, the online and offline methods are used to carry out the study, and the problem is answered in time, so as to effectively achieve the goal of the study.To improve the experience of teacher professional development model.Based on the teachers' research project in the construction of high school and famous high school in Shanghai, this study investigates the practice of task-oriented teaching by means of questionnaire survey and interview. The analysis shows that: clear research goal, high quality online course, etc.The organization and management of the study need to be improved.
