“走不掉的一代”:关注乡村小规模学校中的边缘性群体

【摘要】:乡村小规模学校的薄弱主要体现在各种因素导致的教育质量低下,关注学生发展是精准教育扶贫的核心任务。乡村小规模学校现有学生中特殊群体学生比例高,他们是处于社会边缘的"走不掉的一代"。这些学生的生存环境差体现在:在校正常用餐难以保障,边远山区地带的学生上下学途中存在安全隐患,生活习惯相对较差以及特殊群体学生的处境不容乐观。然而,这些学生获得的帮助却比较少。为此,我们应该采取行动,建设一个抗逆力更强的乡村教育生态。强化"父母"对农村特殊儿童的监护责任,完善各级政府对特殊儿童的关爱责任。
[Abstract]:The weakness of small-scale rural schools is mainly reflected in the low quality of education caused by various factors. Paying attention to the development of students is the core task of precision education to help the poor.Rural small-scale schools have a high proportion of students from special groups, and they are a generation on the margins of society.The living environment of these students is poor: it is difficult to ensure normal meals at school, the students in remote mountainous areas have hidden dangers on their way to and from school, their living habits are relatively poor, and the situation of students of special groups is not optimistic.However, these students received relatively little help.To this end, we should take action to build a more resilient rural education ecology.To strengthen the responsibility of parents to care for special children in rural areas and improve the care responsibility of governments at all levels for special children.
