迁移的环境选择与教师专业发展

【摘要】:迁移是教师自主选择环境、自主发展的一种倾向。当迁移教师进入一个全新的环境中,不仅改变了迁入地教师的地缘结构,也需要重建业缘群体,崭新的环境完全改变了教师职业的生存状态,提升了教师的环境生存能力、竞争能力。教师迁移流动影响着教师队伍建设以及个体教师的专业发展。迁移对教师专业发展的促进作用表现为:为教师迈向精英之路作可能铺垫,激活教师专业发展的情感动力,竞争性迁移调动教师的积极性,为迁入地学校和教师增添生机和活力。从现实情况看,教师迁移的正向效应远远大于其负面影响,但也不能回避因其负面影响而成为教师专业发展的"代价",有必要进行深入分析并努力化解。
[Abstract]:Transfer is a tendency for teachers to choose their own environment and develop independently.When the migrating teacher enters a new environment, it not only changes the geographical structure of the teachers in the relocation area, but also needs to rebuild the group of the professional relationship. The new environment completely changes the living state of the teacher profession and promotes the environmental survival ability of the teacher.Competitiveness.Teacher mobility affects the construction of teachers and the professional development of individual teachers.The promotion effect of transfer on teachers' professional development is as follows: to pave the way for teachers to the elite, to activate the emotional power of teachers' professional development, and to mobilize teachers' enthusiasm by competitive transfer.For the relocation of schools and teachers to add vitality and vitality.In reality, the positive effect of teacher transfer is far greater than its negative effect, but it cannot be avoided as the "cost" of teachers' professional development because of its negative influence. It is necessary to make a thorough analysis and try to resolve it.
