微格教学对在职教师的影响研究

【摘要】:微格教学自20世纪60年代产生以来,在教育界受到广泛关注,历经几十年的发展逐步成为了广大师范院校培养师范生的重要手段,大量研究证实了其可行性和实效性,这奠定了微格教学在师范教育中举足轻重的地位。目前,关于微格教学对于提高师范生教学技能的影响研究已有很多,但是大多数研究的对象都是职前教师,关于微格教学对在职教师影响的研究并不深入,因此,本论文基于合作学习和建构主义学习理论,以华中师范大学2015级学科英语教育硕士为例,从在职教师角度出发,研究微格教学的影响,拟解决的关键问题有:1.在职教师对微格教学的态度如何?2.微格教学对在职教师的影响主要体现在哪些具体方面?3.从在职教师角度出发,微格教学的局限性有哪些?该论文主要运用的研究方法有问卷调查法和访谈法,在数据收集完毕后运用SPSS软件进行数据分析。该项研究的发现有:大多数在职教师对微格教学持积极态度,认为参与微格教学训练的目的是为了在教学能力上有所提升;微格教学对在职教师的影响主要体现在:提高了多媒体运用技能和课堂调控技能,培养了反思教学意识;在职教师眼中微格教学的局限性有:课时有限;上课形式安排不尽合理;授课内容和形式受限。该项研究的意义在于,理论上,通过该项研究的发现来促进微格教学理论的改进,实践上,指出微格教学实践在运用中存在的问题和改进方法,为未来研究指明方向。
[Abstract]:Since the emergence of microteaching in the 1960s, it has been paid more and more attention in the field of education. After decades of development, it has gradually become an important means to train normal college students. A large number of studies have proved its feasibility and effectiveness.This has laid down the pivotal position of microteaching in normal education.At present, there have been many researches on the effect of microteaching on improving teaching skills of normal college students, but most of the research objects are pre-service teachers, and the research on the effect of microteaching on in-service teachers is not in-depth.Based on the theory of cooperative learning and constructivist learning, this paper takes the Master of English Education of Grade 2015 in Central China normal University as an example to study the influence of microteaching from the perspective of in-service teachers. The key problems to be solved are: 1.What is the attitude of in-service teachers towards microteaching?The influence of microteaching on in-service teachers is mainly reflected in what specific aspects.From the perspective of in-service teachers, what are the limitations of microteaching?The main research methods used in this paper are questionnaire survey and interview. After the data collection is finished, SPSS software is used to analyze the data.The findings of this study are as follows: most in-service teachers have a positive attitude towards microteaching and think that the purpose of participating in microteaching training is to improve their teaching ability;The influence of microteaching on in-service teachers is mainly reflected in: improving multimedia skills and classroom control skills, cultivating reflective teaching consciousness, the limitations of microteaching in the eyes of in-service teachers are: limited class hours;The arrangement of class form is unreasonable; the teaching content and form are limited.The significance of this study is that, in theory, the findings of the study will promote the improvement of microteaching theory. In practice, the problems and methods in the application of microteaching practice will be pointed out, and the direction of future research will be pointed out.
