教育项目评估的专业化发展前瞻

【摘要】:教育项目评估是指以教育项目为研究对象的评估活动,因其能够为教育项目实施提供指导意见而在国际上受到广泛运用。我国现阶段的教育评价工作也对教育项目评估有大量需求,然而由于我国教育项目评估的专业化程度低,无法承担相应职能,教育项目评估的专业化发展势在必行。从"教育项目评估"这一概念的引入和辨析着手,论述教育项目评估专业化发展的必要性,剖析我国在该领域专业化发展中存在的问题,并总结归纳美、加、澳、日四国发展的先进经验,从专业人才的培养、评估工具与技术的研发与使用、机构与行业协会的建设以及监督机制的建立四个方面对我国教育项目评估的专业化发展进行前瞻性思考并提出政策建议。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of educational projects refers to the evaluation activities of educational projects, which are widely used in the world because they can provide guidance for the implementation of educational projects. There is also a great deal of demand for the evaluation of educational projects in our country at the present stage. However, due to the low degree of specialization of the evaluation of educational projects in China, it is impossible to undertake the corresponding functions, so it is imperative for the professional development of the evaluation of educational projects to be carried out. Starting with the introduction and differentiation of the concept of "educational project evaluation", this paper discusses the necessity of the professional development of educational project evaluation, analyzes the problems existing in the development of specialization in this field in China, and sums up the problems existing in the development of specialization in this field. Japan's advanced experience in the development of four countries, from the training of professional personnel, evaluation tools and technology research and development and use, The construction of institutions and trade associations and the establishment of supervision mechanism are four aspects of the professional development of the evaluation of educational projects in China to carry out forward-looking thinking and put forward policy recommendations.
