小学高年级学生父母教养方式、应对方式与心理健康的关系研究

【摘要】：本研究旨在探讨小学高年级学生的父母教养方式、应对方式和心理健康三者之间的关系。本研究是以南宁市301名4-6年级的学生作为施测对象,使用父母教养方式评价量表(EMDU修订版)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、心理健康诊断测验(MHT)为测验材料,得出以下结果:1.父亲给男生的过分干涉和严厉、惩罚明显高于女生;母亲对独生子女的情感温暖、理解明显高于非独生子女。2.女生比男生更容易采取消极的应对方式;六年级学生比四、五年学生更倾向采取积极的应对方式。3.女生比男生更容易出现孤独倾向和恐怖倾向;非独生子女的学习焦虑、身体症状、恐怖倾向和冲动倾向显著高于独生子女;四年级学生的对人焦虑显著高于五、六年级学生。4.父母教养方式中的各个因子分与心理健康中的各个因子分呈显著的相关性。5.积极应对方式与孤独倾向存在显著的负相关;消极应对方式与学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向、过敏倾向、自责倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向和冲动倾向存在显著的正相关。6.父母情感温暖、理解、母亲偏爱与积极应对方式呈显著的正相关;父亲惩罚、严厉、父亲偏爱、父亲拒绝、否认、父亲过度保护、母亲过分干涉、母亲惩罚、严厉与消极应付方式呈显著的正相关;母亲偏爱与消极应对方式呈显著的负相关。7.母亲过分保护、消极应对方式和母亲偏爱能够显著的正向预测学习焦虑;母亲拒绝、消极应对方式、父亲过度保护能够显著的正向预测身体症状;父亲拒绝和消极应对方式能够显著的正向预测恐怖倾向。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among parental rearing style, coping style and mental health of senior primary school students. In this study, 301 students in grades 4-6 in Nanning City were tested with the parental rearing style evaluation scale (EMDU), the simplified coping style questionnaire (SCSQQ) and the Mental Health Diagnostic Test (MHT) as the test materials. The following results were obtained: 1. The father's excessive interference and severe punishment to boys was obviously higher than that of girls, while the mother's emotional warmth to the only child was obviously higher than that of non-only child. 2. Girls are more likely to adopt negative coping styles than boys; sixth graders are more likely to adopt positive coping styles than students in four or five years. Female students are more likely to develop loneliness and phobia than boys; non-only children have significantly higher learning anxiety, physical symptoms, phobic tendencies and impulsive tendencies than only children; fourth grade students' anxiety about people is significantly higher than that of fifth and sixth graders. Each factor score in parental rearing style is significantly correlated with each factor score in mental health. There was significant negative correlation between positive coping style and loneliness tendency, and significant positive correlation between negative coping style and learning anxiety, loneliness tendency, allergy tendency, self-reproach tendency, physical symptom, terror tendency and impulse tendency. Parents' emotional warmth, understanding, mother's preference and positive coping style were positively correlated; father's punishment, severe, father's preference, father's refusal, denial, father's overprotection, mother's excessive interference, mother's punishment, There was a significant positive correlation between severity and negative coping style, and a significant negative correlation between mother's preference and negative coping style. Mother's overprotection, negative coping style and mother's preference can significantly predict positive learning anxiety, mother's rejection, negative coping style and father's overprotection can significantly predict body symptoms. Father refusal and negative coping styles can significantly positively predict terrorist tendencies.
