美国教育智库的发展演变及特点

【摘要】:现代意义上的教育智库20世纪初期在美国开始出现时发展缓慢,二战之后进入了发展的繁荣期。美国教育智库21世纪初表现出向策略库、行动库及网络库演变的趋势。美国教育智库呈现出打造特色、追求善治、建知识库、培育人才、值得信赖、重视销售六个"术"之层面的特点可为中国新型高端教育智库培育借鉴,而美国教育智库的"道"之本质是为美国意识形态辩护和传播服务的。
[Abstract]:In the early 20th century, the educational think-tank in the modern sense developed slowly when it began to appear in the United States, and it entered a prosperous period after World War II. At the beginning of the 21st century, American educational think-tanks showed a tendency to evolve into strategic, action and network pools. American educational think tanks have the characteristics of creating characteristics, pursuing good governance, building knowledge base, cultivating talents, and are worthy of trust. The characteristics of attaching importance to the sale of six levels of "skill" can be used for reference by the new type of high-end education think tanks in China. The essence of "Tao" of American educational think-tank is to defend and spread American ideology.
