慕课背景下高校教师增强课堂吸引力的探讨

【摘要】:慕课是开放办学的产物,是基于计算机网络技术应用于教学的新成果。慕课对高校教师的教学方式、教学内容、课堂教学传统以及教学管理带来了较大影响。高校教师可以从中汲取经验以增强课堂吸引力。面对慕课引发的机遇和挑战,教师要树立以学生为中心的教育教学理念,投入更多的时间精力,提高学习知识的能力;转变教学方式,提高传播知识的能力;致力科教融合,提高创新知识的能力。
[Abstract]:The course is the product of open education and the new achievement based on the application of computer network technology in teaching. The teaching method, teaching content, classroom teaching tradition and teaching management of college teachers are greatly influenced. College teachers can learn from the experience to enhance the appeal of the classroom. In the face of the opportunities and challenges caused by the admiration courses, teachers should set up a student-centered concept of education and teaching, invest more time and energy, improve their ability to learn knowledge, change their teaching methods, improve their ability to disseminate knowledge, and devote themselves to the integration of science and education.
