经验生成的教师专业发展研究

【摘要】:在生成性思维方式下,教师专业发展具有经验生成本性。经验生成之于教师专业发展价值的实现依赖于教师经验的不断解构、重构以及共享,其内在机理在于从教育理论与教育实践两方面提升教师的理论素养与实践能力。个体价值与社会价值的实现、整体生活世界的回归和经验系统的文化生成构成教师经验生成的专业表征,以专业表征为打造前提和依据的经验生成共同体是教师经验生成所追求的理想组织形态。重视教师经验生成的多维研究和改革教师经验生成的管理方式是经验生成的教师专业发展之实践策略。
[Abstract]:Under generative thinking mode, teachers' professional development has the nature of experiential generation. The realization of the value of experience in teachers' professional development depends on the continuous deconstruction, reconstruction and sharing of teachers' experience. Its internal mechanism lies in improving teachers' theoretical literacy and practical ability from two aspects: educational theory and educational practice. The realization of individual value and social value, the return of the whole life world and the cultural generation of the experience system constitute the professional representation of the teacher's experience generation. The community of experience generation based on professional representation is the ideal organizational form pursued by teacher's experience generation. Paying attention to the multidimensional research of teachers' experience generation and reforming the management mode of teachers' experience generation are the practical strategies of teachers' professional development.
