高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育协同创新研究

【摘要】:随着经济的飞速发展和生活环境的剧烈变化,大学生所处的教育环境也日趋复杂,其身心健康发展受到多元价值观的冲击以及网络不良信息的影响,呈现出鲜明的时代性和不稳定性。这些都给高校思想政治教育带来挑战,高校思想政治教育在新的时代背景下面临“转型”与“升级”。本文以马克思主义理论为指导,以协同学理论为基础,着眼于大学生的成长现状,以高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育协同创新为主要研究内容,在理论研究和实证分析的基础上,建立了二者协同创新的实践路径及模式,使高校思想政治教育理论成果得到丰富和充分利用。本文对思想政治教育和心理健康教育展开了分析,讨论了高校思想政治教育的动力、内容、载体和环境;研究了高校心理健康教育的功能、内容、原则与方法;探讨了高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育协同创新的运行机制、保障体制和评价方式;分析了思想政治教育和心理健康教育协同创新的必要性与可行性;探讨了思想政治教育和心理健康教育协同创新的意义及所需遵循的原则。在理论分析基础上,通过问卷调查对大学生的思想政治素质、心理健康水平以及高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育协同创新的影响因素进行调查,对当前高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育协同创新现状进行实证分析。通过对问卷的定量分析,肯定成就、发现问题,增强了高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育协同创新研究的针对性和实效性。本研究从理论和实践两方面入手,构建了高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育协同创新的路径,重点讨论了高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育协同创新的环境、体系、平台和载体。高等教育的根本任务就是实现大学生的成长成才,面对时代的新变化和理论的新热点,面对大学生成长成才遇到的新形势新问题,高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育协同创新具有深远的理论意义和现实意义,既有利于丰富协同学理论又有助于提高高校思想政治教育的实效性和促进大学生健康成长。因而在高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育协同创新过程中,教育者要注重从优化教育环境,构建教育体系、完善教育平台和创新教育载体四个方面积极展开高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育协同创新工作,将协同创新工作落实到实处,实现大学生的健康全面发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the drastic change of living environment, the educational environment of college students is becoming more and more complex, and their physical and mental health development is affected by the impact of multiple values and the bad information of the network. It presents distinct epoch and instability. All these bring challenges to ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which are faced with "transformation" and "upgrading" under the new background of the times. Under the guidance of Marxist theory, based on the synergetic theory, this paper focuses on the current situation of college students' growth, and focuses on the cooperative innovation of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities. On the basis of theoretical research and empirical analysis, this paper establishes the practical path and mode of cooperative innovation between them, which enriches and makes full use of the theoretical achievements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes ideological and political education and mental health education, discusses the motive force, content, carrier and environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, studies the functions, contents, principles and methods of mental health education in colleges and universities. This paper probes into the operation mechanism, security system and evaluation mode of cooperative innovation of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of collaborative innovation of ideological and political education and mental health education. This paper discusses the significance and principles of the cooperative innovation between ideological and political education and mental health education. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper investigates the ideological and political quality, the level of mental health of college students, and the factors influencing the cooperative innovation of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the current situation of cooperative innovation between ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities. Through the quantitative analysis of the questionnaire, the author affirms the achievements and finds out the problems, which enhances the pertinence and effectiveness of the cooperative innovation research of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities. This research starts with the theory and practice, constructs the path of the cooperative innovation of the ideological and political education and the mental health education in colleges and universities, and discusses the environment and system of the cooperative innovation of the ideological and political education and the mental health education in the colleges and universities. Platform and carrier. The fundamental task of higher education is to realize the growth of college students, to face the new changes of the times and the new hot spots in theory, and to face the new situation and new problems encountered by the growing up of college students. The synergetic innovation of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities has profound theoretical and practical significance, which is beneficial to enrich the synergetic theory and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and to promote the healthy growth of college students. Therefore, in the process of cooperative innovation between ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities, educators should pay attention to optimizing the educational environment and constructing the educational system. Perfecting the educational platform and innovating education carrier to carry out the cooperative innovation work of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities, to carry out the cooperative innovation work to realize the healthy and all-round development of college students.
