成人依恋对大学生社交焦虑的影响:幽默风格的中介作用

【摘要】:社交焦虑是人际情景中产生的尴尬、紧张、恐惧、担忧的情绪以及回避的行为反应。对大学生社交焦虑的研究业已取得丰富的研究成果,已有研究表明大学生的成人依恋特征对其社交焦虑程度有着重要的影响,部分研究还指出了成人依恋通过一些人格特质或内部变量影响了大学生的社交焦虑程度,但较少研究考虑大学生人际交往中的特征在成人依恋对社交焦虑的影响过程中所起到的作用,幽默风格是指幽默使用的个体差异,本研究选取幽默风格这个具有人际交往内涵的变量来研究大学生成人依恋对社交焦虑的影响机制。本研究在复旦大学、云南大学和上海师范大学等高校分层抽取359名在校大学生,对其施测亲密关系经历量表、幽默风格量表和交往焦虑量表,将得到的数据进行统计分析。研究目的:1.研究大学生的成人依恋、社交焦虑的总体特征;研究大学生成人依恋、幽默风格和社交焦虑在性别与专业类别等变量上是否存在差异;2.研究大学生成人依恋、社交焦虑和幽默风格三者的相关关系;3.研究幽默风格在成人依恋对社交焦虑影响中所起到的中介作用。研究得出以下结论:1.大学生成人依恋类型的总体分布情况是:安全型(14.5%)、恐惧型(46.8%)、迷恋型(21.7%)和冷漠型(17.0%);大学生社交焦虑水平较高(M=52.53,SD=9.35)。2.不同性别学生在幽默风格的三个维度上差异显著,男生较女生更多使用嘲讽型、自贬型幽默,更少使用自强型幽默;文科学生比理科学生较多使用自强型幽默,较少使用嘲讽型幽默;女生社交焦虑水平显著高于男生;文科学生的社交焦虑水平显著高于理工科学生。3.依恋回避、依恋焦虑与亲和型幽默、自强型幽默呈现显著的负相关;依恋回避、依恋焦虑与自贬型幽默、嘲讽型幽默以及社交焦虑显著正相关;自贬型幽默和社交焦虑之间显著正相关;亲和型、自强型幽默风格与社交焦虑显著负相关。4.亲和型幽默和自强型幽默在依恋焦虑和依恋回避对社交焦虑的影响中起部分中介作用。最后还讨论了研究结果的理论意义以及对学校心理辅导以及心理咨询、治疗的启示。
[Abstract]:Social anxiety is the awkward, nervous, fearful, worrying and evasive behavior that occurs in interpersonal situations. The research on social anxiety of college students has made a lot of research results. It has been shown that the adult attachment characteristics of college students have an important impact on the degree of social anxiety. Some studies also show that adult attachment affects the degree of social anxiety of college students through some personality traits or internal variables. However, few studies have considered the effect of college students' interpersonal characteristics on the influence of adult attachment on social anxiety. Humor style refers to the individual differences in the use of humor. In this study, humor style, a variable with interpersonal connotation, was selected to study the influence mechanism of adult attachment on social anxiety of college students. In this study, 359 college students were selected from Fudan University, Yunnan University and Shanghai normal University, and the data were statistically analyzed by applying the intimate relationship experience scale, humor style scale and communication anxiety scale. Objective: 1. To study the general characteristics of adult attachment and social anxiety of college students, and to study whether there are differences in sex and major categories among adult attachment, humor style and social anxiety of college students. To study the relationship among adult attachment, social anxiety and humor style of college students. To study the intermediary role of humor style in adult attachment to social anxiety. The study came to the following conclusion: 1. The general distribution of adult attachment types of college students was as follows: safety type 14.5m, fear type 46.8am, infatuation type 21.7cm) and indifference type 17.00.College students' social anxiety level was higher than 52.53% SD9.350.2. There were significant differences in the three dimensions of humor style between male and female students. Boys used more sarcastic, self-deprecating and less self-reinforcing humor than girls, and liberal arts students used self-reinforcing humor more than science students. The level of social anxiety of female students was significantly higher than that of boys, and the level of social anxiety of liberal arts students was significantly higher than that of science and engineering students. Attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety and affinity humor, self-reinforcing humor showed significant negative correlation, attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety and self-deprecation humor, sarcastic humor and social anxiety were positively correlated. There was a significant positive correlation between self-deprecation humor and social anxiety, and a significant negative correlation between affective and self-reinforcing humor style and social anxiety. Affinity humor and self-reinforcing humor play an intermediary role in the influence of attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance on social anxiety. Finally, the theoretical significance of the results and its implications for school psychological counseling, counseling and treatment are also discussed.
