我国教育扶贫政策创新及实践研究

【摘要】：自2011年以来,新一轮扶贫开发攻坚战聚焦"教育扶贫"问题,教育扶贫成为当前阻断贫困代际传递、摆脱贫困的根本之策。目前我国教育扶贫面临新形势,需要兼顾公平性和益贫性,激发可持续发展的动力,助推全面建成小康社会。教育扶贫作为当前脱贫攻坚的重要举措,初步形成了广覆盖、全方位的政策框架,尤其是通过政策的不断创新,制定出了合理可行的实施方案和操作性强、转化度高的项目工程,积累了相关经验并取得了初步成效。但是现在我国教育扶贫尚未形成系统完善的机制,并且在实施过程中遇到种种问题和困难,在全面建成小康社会的冲刺阶段亟待梳理和研究。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, a new round of poverty alleviation and development has focused on the issue of "education poverty alleviation", which has become the fundamental strategy to block the transmission of poverty between generations and to get rid of poverty. At present, the education and poverty alleviation in our country is facing a new situation. It is necessary to give consideration to fairness and poverty, stimulate the motive force of sustainable development, and help to build a well-off society in an all-round way. As an important measure to overcome poverty and tackle key problems, education and poverty alleviation has initially formed a broad and comprehensive policy framework, especially through continuous innovation of policies, which has drawn up a reasonable and feasible implementation plan and has strong maneuverability. High degree of transformation of the project, accumulated relevant experience and achieved initial results. But at present our country education poverty alleviation has not formed the system perfect mechanism, and in the implementation process meets various kinds of problems and the difficulty, in the overall establishment well-off society sprint stage urgently needs to comb and the research.
