精于数据,重视合作——斯洛文尼亚教育政策研究中心

【摘要】：斯洛文尼亚教育政策研究中心(Centre for Educational Policy Studies,简称CEPS)是一所隶属于斯洛文尼亚卢布尔雅那大学教育学院的高校智库,成立于2000年。在美国宾夕法尼亚大学近年公布的历次《全球智库报告》关于教育领域的顶级智库排名中,教育政策研究中心一直保持较为稳定的名次。笔者结合对斯洛文尼亚基础教育概况的分析,通过文献法和访谈法等多种途径,从智库的运行概况、研究脉络以及近期研究重点等几个方面进行评述,以期对我国教育智库建设和发展有所启示。
[Abstract]:CEPS, a university think-tank affiliated with the Faculty of Education of the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, was established in 2000. In the ranking of the top think-tank in the field of education published by the University of Pennsylvania in recent years, the Center for Educational Policy Research has maintained a relatively stable position. Based on the analysis of the general situation of basic education in Slovenia, the author comments on the operation of the think-tank, the context of the research and the focus of the research in the near future through the methods of literature and interview. With a view to our country's education think tank construction and development enlightenment.
