大学生创业健康心理素质教育的伦理属性

【摘要】:大学生创业健康心理教育过程由于需要处理学生多元化的创业目标和功利性的创业价值等的矛盾,使得其教育本身的伦理性属性越发显性和突出,而这种伦理属性的逻辑原则在一定程度上对大学生创业健康心理教育的内容设计、关系处理、技术使用、环境营造等具有积极作用。在满足学生多元需求和创业功利性价值的过程中逐步形成起来的自觉发展的主体伦理属性、尊重接纳的客体伦理属性、善化自由的内容伦理属性、关怀平等的关系伦理属性和宽松和谐的环境伦理属性共同组成了大学生创业健康心理教育的本体伦理属性。
[Abstract]:Due to the need to deal with the contradiction between students' diversified entrepreneurial goals and utilitarian entrepreneurial values, the ethical attributes of college students' education become more and more dominant and prominent. To a certain extent, the logic principle of this ethical attribute plays a positive role in the content design, relationship handling, technology use and environment construction of college students' mental education of entrepreneurial health. In the process of satisfying students' pluralistic needs and the utilitarian value of entrepreneurship, the subjective ethical attributes of self-conscious development, the ethical attributes of the objects accepted, and the content ethics attributes of benevolence and freedom are gradually formed. The relationship ethics attribute of caring for equality and the relaxed and harmonious environmental ethics attribute together constitute the ontology ethics attribute of college students' entrepreneurship and health psychology education.
