教育信息化项目风险评估指标体系的构建

【摘要】：该文旨在构建适用于教育信息化项目的风险评估指标体系,用于项目相关人员在项目实施的各项进程中识别和判断风险,并不断采取相应措施减少风险的发生概率,降低风险的影响程度。该文通过对国内外项目相关文献的梳理、具体教育信息化项目的调研、专家论证等方式,形成并确定教育信息化项目风险评估指标体系,并依据层次分析法的相关原理,设计相应问卷,对各指标权重进行计算,依据教育信息化项目的特点,建立了4个一级指标(分别为主体风险、客体风险、技术风险、政策法规)、11个二级指标和29个三级指标,并计算出相应的指标权重。该文初步建立的风险评估指标体系,能够在项目实施的各个阶段趋利避害,实现项目利益的最大化,减少不必要的损失。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to construct a risk assessment index system suitable for the educational information project, which can be used to identify and judge the risk in the process of the project implementation, and to continuously take corresponding measures to reduce the probability of the occurrence of the risk. Reduce the impact of risk. This paper forms and determines the risk assessment index system of educational informatization project by combing the relevant documents of domestic and foreign projects, investigating and proving specific educational information projects, and according to the relevant principles of AHP. Design the corresponding questionnaire, calculate the weight of each index, according to the characteristics of the educational information project, set up four primary indicators (subject risk, object risk, technical risk, policy and regulation), 11 secondary indicators and 29 third-level indicators. And calculate the corresponding index weight. The risk assessment index system established in this paper can achieve the maximum of the project benefit and reduce the unnecessary loss in every stage of the project implementation.
