大学生心理健康教育课程教学质量评价指标体系研究

【摘要】:随着近几年大学生心理健康问题的增多,各高校对大学生心理健康教育的关注随之增多,"大学生心理健康教育"课程也成为很多大学的必修课,对大学生心理健康教育课程教学质量的评价也纳入各高校的议事日程,但对于这门课程教学质量的评价各高校一般采用全校通用、各课程通用的指标体系,妨碍大学生心理健康教育课程的建设发展,阻碍了大学生心理健康教育课程教学质量的提升。所以,本文拟建构大学生心理健康教育课程教学质量评价的指标体系,以公平公正考核教师教学质量,促进本课程教学质量的提升,推进本课程的建设。目的:构建大学生心理健康教育课程教学质量评价指标体系。方法:在分析大学生心理健康教育课程教学质量的影响因素基础上,结合现代教育评价理论,初步构建大学生心理健康教育课程教学质量评价指标的基本框架;采用Delphi专家咨询法,在基本框架的基础上进行增减,最终确定各级指标及权重值。结果:共进行2轮专家咨询,两次咨询表回收率均为88%,权威系数为0.905。构建的评价指标体系包括4个一级指标,9个二级指标,29个三级指标。结论:基于Delphi专家咨询法建构起大学生心理健康教育课程教学质量评价的指标体系具有科学性、客观性、可信性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of mental health problems among college students in recent years, the attention of colleges and universities to the mental health education of college students has increased, and the course of "Psychological Health Education for College students" has become a compulsory course in many universities. The evaluation of the teaching quality of college students' mental health education course is also included in the agenda of each university. However, the evaluation of the teaching quality of this course generally adopts the general purpose of the whole school and the general index system of each course. It hinders the construction and development of college students' mental health education curriculum and hinders the improvement of the teaching quality of college students' mental health education curriculum. Therefore, this paper intends to construct an index system of teaching quality evaluation of college students' mental health education course, to assess the teaching quality of teachers fairly and fairly, to promote the improvement of teaching quality of this course and to promote the construction of this course. Objective: to construct the evaluation index system of teaching quality of psychological health education for college students. Methods: on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of the teaching quality of college students' mental health education course and combining with the modern educational evaluation theory, the basic frame of the teaching quality evaluation index of the college students' mental health education course was constructed preliminarily. The Delphi expert consultation method is used to add or decrease the basic frame and finally determine the index and weight value at all levels. Results: two rounds of expert consultation were carried out. The recovery rate of the two consultation tables was 88 and the authority coefficient was 0.905. The evaluation index system is composed of 4 primary indexes, 9 secondary indexes and 29 third grade indexes. Conclusion: it is scientific, objective and credible to construct the index system of teaching quality evaluation of college students' mental health education course based on Delphi expert consultation method.
