基于新标准的师范生信息技术应用能力现状与提升策略

【摘要】：师范生是教师的预备者和主力军。自中小学教师信息技术应用能力系列标准颁布,至今已两年有余。为了解师范生信息技术应用能力现状,该研究选取了两个省份的三所师范类高校,对15个专业的1000名师范类应届毕业生进行了问卷调研。调查结果显示,师范生的信息技术应用能力总体较弱,具体表现为:技术素养不高,技术与教学融合能力较弱,专业发展意识与能力不强,设计与组织自主、合作、探究学习能力较弱等。造成上述问题的原因主要是课程体系不系统、缺乏实践支撑等。为此,研究提出了建立系统化信息技术能力培养课程体系、基于TPACK框架建设信息化教学优质案例资源以及打造e-U-G-S实践支撑平台等提升策略。
[Abstract]:Normal school students are the preparatory and main force of teachers. It has been more than two years since the promulgation of the series of standards on IT application ability of primary and secondary school teachers. In order to understand the present situation of information technology application ability of normal college students, the research selected three normal universities in two provinces, and investigated 1000 new graduates of 15 specialties. The results of the investigation show that the ability of applying information technology in normal school students is generally weak, which shows that the technical literacy is not high, the ability of integration of technology and teaching is weak, the consciousness and ability of professional development is not strong, the design and organization are independent and cooperative. The ability of inquiry learning is weak. The main causes of these problems are that the curriculum system is not systematic and lack of practical support. For this reason, the paper puts forward the promotion strategies such as establishing systematic information technology ability training curriculum system, constructing high quality case resources of information teaching based on TPACK framework and creating e-U-G-S practice support platform.
