域外话语中的核心素养:政策文本的系统分析

【摘要】：自1997年以来,世界各国际组织与国家不断进行核心素养的研究,以期找到对学生未来发展更为有益的可测评性模式。通过对联合国教科文组织、国际经济合作与发展组织、欧盟三大国际组织以及英国、美国、澳大利亚、新加坡、芬兰等具有代表性的国家的政策文本进行系统分析表明,基于个体成长、公民养成与能力提升的价值选择,不同的国家在价值提升方式上趋同于遵循个体与社会协同发展、本土与国际共同关照及多元与一体共存的特点。
[Abstract]:Since 1997, international organizations and countries all over the world have been conducting research on core literacy, with a view to finding more useful models for the future development of students. Through a systematic analysis of the policy texts of UNESCO, the Organization for International Economic Cooperation and Development, the three major international organizations of the European Union and the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Singapore, Finland and other representative countries, it is shown that Based on the value choice of individual growth, citizen cultivation and ability enhancement, different countries tend to follow the characteristics of individual and social coordinated development, local and international common concern and the coexistence of pluralism and integration.
