基于分布式学习的师生角色关系研究

【摘要】:师生角色关系是教师和学生各自依据其社会身份,在教育教学活动中表现出的一种特殊的角色交往过程。师生关系是建立在教师和学生根据一定的教育目标,在二者各司其职的基础之上形成的一种社会关系,这种角色关系的形态受限于教育技术和教育理念的发展水平,并在一定的时空状态下呈现出相对稳定的状态,从而能够确保教育教学活动能够稳定、有序的开展。与此同时,师生角色关系的形态也无时无刻不影响着教育教学活动的有效性和整体质量水平。分布式学习理论是当代互联网技术广泛应用于教育教学活动过程后而产生的一种新的学习理论,学习资源的分布式存储这一客观存在正在深刻地影响着个体的学习行为以及学校整体的课堂教学活动,同时也正在改变着师生之间围绕学习和教学活动而开展的交往和互动的状态,这将是人类教育发展史上的一个新的重大变革。伴随着教育实践的不断发展,人们对师生角色关系的认识和理解也不断加深。在师生角色和师生互动的形成中,知识传播路径对学生学习、教师教学和师生互动的影响是最为根本性的影响因素。传统社会中知识传播的线性的、单向路径使得学生的学习过程始终处于一种被动的状态。然而,当前以及未来的智慧时代里,网格拓扑结构的非线性、多路径的、双向的知识传播路径使得学生和教师同处在一个知识开放的学习资源环境中。这种知识传播的路径构建了一幅全新的认知图景。笔者从角色理论出发,梳理总结出了传统教师角色和学生角色的内涵和特征,进而分析了传统师生角色关系和教学互动过程。从分布式学习实践过程影响学生学习过程和学习需求的角度出发,总结出分布式学习条件下的师生角色关系特征和教学互动模式,构想出一个适用于分布式学习的师生角色关系模型。在分布式学习条件下,课堂教学的组织方式发生了巨大的变化,开始突破原有的关于时间和空间的各种限制,教师、学生和学习资源呈现出一种网状的以节点为联系的组织结构体系。在此基础之上,师生角色关系随着知识传播路径和学生角色权利的变化而发生转变。笔者在解释师生角色关系重构的过程中,引用人类学家玛格丽特.米德关于人类社会文化代际传播规律的观点,认为教育教学活动在不同的历史时期呈现出不同的传播路径。在分布式学习理论的时代背景中,即互联网教育时代,人类文化的传播正在步入后喻时代。然后,比较详尽的分析了后喻文化背景下的分布式学习理论和师生角色关系,描述了在分布式学习基础上的知识观、学习观、教学观以及师生之间的逻辑关系,认为教育教学实践中的新的师生角色关系呈现出一种不同于以往的焦点转移的特征。在此基础之上的教师和学生的身份和角色定位也都随之变化,使得最初的关于教师和学生的社会角色特征产生了重构的趋势。师生角色关系的发展依赖于分布式学习带来的新的学习格局和教学指导需求,学生学习领域的变化直接推动着教师角色和教学互动过程的进步,现代学校教学正从传统教室中的班级授课模式走向一种汇集多种知识传播路径的空间离散模式。对于教育实践而言,分布式的学习格局已经存在于个体认知的诸多方面,相信在不远的将来,学习革命的影响必将对教育教学过程产生革命性的影响。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teachers and students is a special process of interaction between teachers and students on the basis of their social identity and in education and teaching activities. The relationship between teachers and students is a social relationship based on the teachers and students according to certain educational goals and on the basis of the two positions. The development level of educational technology and educational ideas and a relatively stable state in a certain state of time and space can ensure the stability and orderly development of education and teaching activities. At the same time, the form of the relationship between teachers and students affects the effectiveness and the overall quality of education and teaching activities all the time. The theory of learning is a new learning theory which is widely used in the course of education and teaching activities. The objective existence of the distributed storage of learning resources is deeply affecting the individual learning behavior and the whole classroom teaching activities of the school, and it is also changing the learning between teachers and students. The state of communication and interaction with teaching activities will be a new and important change in the history of human education. With the continuous development of educational practice, the understanding and understanding of the relationship between teachers and students is deepening. In the formation of teacher-student role and interaction between teachers and students, the path of knowledge dissemination is to the students and teachers. The influence of learning and interaction between teachers and students is the most fundamental factor. The linear, one-way path of knowledge transmission in the traditional society makes the students' learning process always in a passive state. However, in the current and future wisdom times, the nonlinear, multi-path and two-way knowledge propagation path of the grid topology is made to study. Students and teachers are in a knowledge open learning resource environment. The path of this knowledge spread has built a new cognitive picture. From the role theory, the author summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the role of traditional teachers and students, and then analyzes the role and interaction of traditional teachers and the process of teaching interaction. In the process of learning and practice affecting the students' learning process and learning needs, this paper sums up the characteristics of the roles of teachers and students and the interactive mode of teaching under the condition of distributed learning, and conceives a model of role relationship between teachers and students for distributed learning. On the basis of the changes in the path of knowledge transmission and the change of the rights of the students, the relationship between teachers and students is important to explain the relationship between teachers and students. During the process of construction, the view of anthropologist Margaret Mead on the intergenerational communication law of human social culture was cited. The educational teaching activities showed different propagation paths in different historical periods. In the era background of distributed learning theory, that is, internet education, the spread of human culture is stepping into the post metonymy Era. Then, it analyses the theory of distributed learning and the relationship between teachers and students in the background of metonymy culture, and describes the concept of knowledge, the view of learning, the view of teaching and the logical relationship between teachers and students on the basis of distributed learning. It is believed that the new relationship between teachers and students in the teaching practice is different from the focus of the past. The identity and role orientation of teachers and students on this basis have also changed, making the initial social role of teachers and students restructured. The development of the relationship between teachers and students depends on the new learning pattern and teaching guidance needs of the distributed learning, and the changes in the field of students' learning. It directly promotes the progress of the role of teachers and the process of teaching interaction. Modern school teaching is moving from the mode of class teaching in the traditional classroom to a spatial discrete model that converge a variety of knowledge dissemination paths. For the practice of education, the distributed learning pattern has existed in many aspects of the physical cognition and believed in the near future, The influence of learning revolution will revolutionize the process of education and teaching.
