教师课堂时间管理的经济学思考

【摘要】：课堂时间是一项时间成本投入,对于课堂时间的有效管理可以使课堂时间内产生最大的效益,形成最多的价值创造,即最大程度地推动学生的知识能力提升和教师的成长。要实现课堂时间管理的高效产出,作为课堂时间管理的主导者,教师需要做到:增强时间管理意识;在课前准备中结合学生的实际情况和教学内容对课堂时间充分筹划;建立稳定的课堂常规,以有意识的模式化课堂管理使学生在课堂时间内保持更好的学习状态;通过相应的评价机制,使课堂时间管理落实在实践中。
[Abstract]:Classroom time is an input of time cost. The effective management of classroom time can make the maximum benefit and form the most value creation in classroom time, that is, to promote the students' knowledge ability and teachers' growth to the greatest extent. In order to realize the efficient output of classroom time management, as the leader of classroom time management, teachers need to: enhance the awareness of time management; Establish stable classroom routine, make students keep a better learning state in classroom time by consciously modeling classroom management, and carry out classroom time management in practice through corresponding evaluation mechanism.
