MOOC中学习者学习动机现状及其改善策略

【摘要】:学习动机是指引发与维持学生的学习行为,并使之指向一定学业目标的一种动力倾向。在学习者的学习过程中发挥着重要的作用。虽然国内外关于学习动机的研究很多,但研究对象主要集中在普通高等院校学生及中学生的学习上,对于MOOC背景下学习者的学习动机研究甚少。在知识经济迅猛发展的当今世界,知识全球化也早已不是秘密,MOOC作为一种科技迅猛发展下,兼具代表性的新型、特殊的教育形式,对于它的学生群体,其学习动机一定有其群体自身的特殊性。且MOOC中大规模的注册人数和极高的弃课率都能解释,对MOOC学习者学习动机现状及其改善是一个值得探讨的问题,所以笔者决定以MOOC中学习者学习动机现状及其改善策略做为自己毕业论文选题。由于对MOOC学习者学习动机的研究属于新兴领域的研究,研究成果稀缺。对于本文笔者从五个章节进行研究。第一章为本研究的基本研究背景和有关MOOC中学习动机的文献综述。第二章对MOOC中学习者学习动机进行横向的,即分前中后期进行现状分析。第三章从现状、学习者特点来分析影响MOOC学习者学习动机的因素。第四章依据影响的因素提出相应的策略。第五章是总结问题和对于解决MOOC中学习者学习动机现状中的问题进行个人的展望。
[Abstract]:Learning motivation is a dynamic tendency that causes and maintains students' learning behavior and makes them point to certain academic goals. It plays an important role in learners' learning process. Although there are a lot of researches on learning motivation at home and abroad, the research object is mainly focused on the study of students and middle school students in general colleges and universities, but there is little research on the learning motivation of learners under the background of MOOC. In today's world with the rapid development of knowledge economy, the globalization of knowledge has long been no secret. MOOC, as a new and special form of education with the rapid development of science and technology, is a representative form of education. Its learning motivation must have its own particularity of the group itself. The large number of students enrolled in MOOC and the high rate of leaving classes can be explained. It is worth discussing the present situation and improvement of the learning motivation of MOOC learners. Therefore, the author decides to choose the status quo of learners' learning motivation and their improvement strategies in MOOC. As the study of MOOC learners' learning motivation is a new field, the research results are scarce. For the author of this paper from five chapters to study. The first chapter is the basic research background and the literature review of learning motivation in MOOC. The second chapter analyzes the learning motivation of learners in MOOC. Chapter three analyzes the factors that affect the learning motivation of MOOC learners from the current situation and learner characteristics. The fourth chapter puts forward the corresponding strategies according to the influencing factors. The fifth chapter summarizes the problems and makes a personal outlook for solving the problems of learners' learning motivation in MOOC.
