团体辅导对初中生学习动机的干预研究

【摘要】:学习动机作为动机的一种,指的是引导、激发、维持学习的内在驱动力,对学习者的学习无疑有着举足轻重的影响。但仅仅依靠教学内容或学习者本身,难以确保良好的学习动机。因此有必要借由一些外在的手段来引发、加强学习者的学习动机。团体辅导有着众多优点,例如开展形式丰富多样、能够广泛覆盖学校内的大部分学生群体、单位时间内的受益人多等等,这使得团体辅导成为学校开展心理健康教育的有效手段。本研究拟就先调查重庆市主城区初中生学习动机的现状,在此基础上,设计提高初中生的学习动机的团体辅导方案,使用团体辅导的形式来提高初中生的学习动机,并探讨该团体辅导方案对于提高初中生的学习动机的干预效果。本研究分为两个部分:研究一以重庆6个主城区的共887名初中生为被试,调查分析了初中生学习动机的现状与特点;研究二在研究一的基础上选取重庆市某初中初一年级51名学生为被试,采用实验组控制组前后测设计,实验组24人、对照组27人,对实验组学生进行以学习动机为主题的团体辅导。本研究的结果如下:(1)重庆市主城区的初中生的学习动机总体情况处于中等偏高的水平。(2)重庆市主城区初中生的学习动机:女生显著高于男生;非独生子女显著高于独生子女;班干部显著高于非班干部;家庭所在地为农村的学生显著低于乡镇和城市的学生;父母教养方式为民主、尊重的学生显著高于教养方式为严厉、强硬的学生;与父母其中一方生活的学生显著低于与父母双方共同生活和不与父母共同生活的学生;总体学习成绩好的学生显著高于总体成绩一般和较差的学生,同时总体学习成绩一般的学生也显著高于总体学习成绩较差的学生;而在年级、父母文化水平上不存在显著差异。(3)通过以学习动机为培训内容的团体辅导,实验组初中生的学习动机水平得到了显著的提高。
[Abstract]:As a kind of motivation, learning motivation refers to the internal driving force of guiding, motivating and maintaining learning, which undoubtedly has an important influence on learners' learning. However, it is difficult to ensure good motivation by relying on teaching content or learners themselves. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen learners' learning motivation by some external means. Group counseling has many advantages, such as the rich and diverse forms of development, the ability to cover the majority of students in the school, the large number of beneficiaries in unit time, and so on. This makes group counseling become an effective means to carry out mental health education in schools. On the basis of investigating the present situation of the junior high school students' learning motivation in the main urban area of Chongqing, this paper designs a group counseling program to improve the junior high school students' learning motivation, and uses the form of group guidance to improve the junior high school students' learning motivation. The intervention effect of the group counseling program on improving junior high school students' learning motivation was discussed. This study is divided into two parts: first, 887 junior high school students in six main urban areas of Chongqing were selected to investigate and analyze the present situation and characteristics of junior high school students' learning motivation; On the basis of the first study, 51 junior high school students in Chongqing were selected as subjects. The experimental group was designed before and after the test. The experimental group consisted of 24 students and the control group was 27. The students in the experimental group were given group tutoring on the topic of learning motivation. The results of this study are as follows: (1) the overall learning motivation of junior high school students in the main urban area of Chongqing is on the high side. (2) the learning motivation of junior high school students in the main urban area of Chongqing: girls are significantly higher than boys, non-only children are significantly higher than only children; Class cadres were significantly higher than non-class cadres; the students whose families were located in rural areas were significantly lower than those in towns and cities; the parents' upbringing style was democratic and the respect for students was significantly higher than that of stern and hardline students. Students living with one of their parents were significantly lower than those living with both parents and not living with their parents; students with good overall academic results were significantly higher than those with average and poor overall grades, At the same time, the students with average overall academic achievement were also significantly higher than those with poor overall academic achievement, but there was no significant difference in the educational level of their parents in grade. (3) Group counseling with learning motivation as the training content. The level of learning motivation of junior high school students in the experimental group was significantly improved.
