中美教师高质量课堂教学观比较研究

【摘要】:比较分析中美两国教师的高质量教学观对于我国"素养化"教学改革,提高教学质量具有重要的现实意义。基于半结构式访谈,对中美两国各二十名优秀教师的高质量课堂教学观进行比较分析,得出的主要结论有:两国教师均认可高质量课堂学生积极参与,课堂气氛活跃融洽,基于精心的教学设计;两国教师在高质量课堂的教学方式选择、教学目标表述、课堂互动侧重等方面存在差异;中国教师对高质量课堂教学认识的一致性高于美国教师;美国教师对高质量课堂教学的认识与课程标准的一致性高于中国教师。
[Abstract]:A comparative analysis of the high quality teaching view of the teachers in China and the United States is of great practical significance to the "accomplishment" teaching reform and the improvement of the quality of teaching. Based on the semi structured interview, the high quality classroom teaching view of the twenty excellent teachers in China and the United States is compared and analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows: both the teachers of the two countries have recognized the high quality. The classroom students are actively involved, the classroom atmosphere is active and harmonious, based on the careful teaching design; there are differences in the teaching mode selection of the high quality classroom, the expression of teaching objectives, and the interaction between the two teachers in the high quality classroom; the consistency of Chinese teachers in the high quality classroom teaching is higher than that of the American teachers; the American teachers have high quality classroom teaching. The consistency between cognition and curriculum standards is higher than that of Chinese teachers.
