一位初中特岗教师教学生活的案例研究

【摘要】:教学生活作为教师生活的一部分,而且是教师生活的重要成分,它影响着教师生活的质量和水平。随着国家实行特岗政策以来,农村教育已经有了很大的发展,本文通过农村教育的现状,发现了特岗教师在农村的教学生活中的问题,阐述和分析了出现这种问题的原因,尝试找出提高特岗教师教学生活质量的有效途径。本文介绍了S中学的现状及特岗教师L老师的情况,说明了选取S中学的特岗教师L老师作为研究对象的原因。重点介绍作为农村特岗教师的L老师的课堂教学生活现状、课外教学生活状况以及特岗教师与农村家长互动案例等。其次通过11个案例发现特岗教师在农村教学生活中遇到的问题:包括特岗教师认真上课却面对问题学生束手无策、特岗教师管理学生方法不足、特岗教师教学手段使用不当、特岗教师教学方法有待提升、特岗教师备课期间没有足够的教育资源可利用、特岗教师课外辅导的艰难经历、特岗教师在农村中学值班时遇到生活上的困难、农村学生家长文化知识有待提升、农村家庭教育缺失、农村家长教育方式有待改善,大部分特岗教师所教非所学问题难以解决等。最后提出了相应的解决策略:特岗教师自身方面需要改善;农村家庭教育方式有待改善;学校应作出相应的努力;政府与国家需要做出努力改善特岗教师教学生活质量等。本文通过走访、调查、观察、文献搜集等方法对研究对象进行深入、具体了解,对有关信息进行整理和分析,提出自己的见解。本研究以农村教师教学生活为视角,采用案例研究的方法,以现实生活中一所农村初级中学的特岗教师为例,进行案例研究,通过研究特岗教师L老师的教学生活的案例,从而了解农村特岗教师,了解特岗教师的教育教学生活现状,通过对农村特岗教师教学生活成因的分析,从而提出解决农村初中特岗教师教学生活的路径,提升农村特岗教师的教学生活质量,以使特岗教师更好的在农村工作,对农村中学的教育有一定的实践指导意义。
[Abstract]:Teaching life is a part of teacher's life, and it is an important component of teacher's life. It affects the quality and level of teacher's life. As the country implements the policy of special post, the rural education has been greatly developed. Through the current situation of rural education, this paper finds out the problems of the special post teachers in the rural teaching and life. This paper analyzes the reasons for this problem and tries to find out the effective ways to improve the teaching life of special post teachers. This paper introduces the status of S middle school and the situation of teacher L of special post teachers, and explains the reasons for the selection of teacher L, the special post teacher in S middle school, and focuses on the classroom teaching of teacher L as a rural special post teacher. The current situation of learning and life, the situation of extra-curricular teaching and life and the interaction cases between special post teachers and rural parents, and so on. Secondly, through 11 cases, the problems encountered in the teaching life in rural areas are found by the special Gang teachers, including the special Gang teachers who have no way to deal with the problems, the students' methods are insufficient and the teaching means of the special post teachers are made. The teaching methods of special post teachers need to be promoted. There is not enough education resources to be used during the preparation of special post teachers, the difficult experience of extra-curricular tutoring of special post teachers, the difficulties in the life of special post teachers when they are on duty in the rural middle schools, the cultural knowledge of rural students' parents need to be promoted, the rural family education is missing, and the rural parents education is not available. In the end, the teachers should improve their own aspects, the rural family education needs to be improved, the schools should make corresponding efforts, the government and the state need to make efforts to improve the quality of the teaching life of the special post teachers. This study takes the teaching life of rural teachers as the perspective and the method of case study, taking the special post teachers of a rural junior high school in real life as an example to carry out a case study. After studying the case of the teaching life of the special post teacher L, we can understand the rural special post teachers and understand the present situation of the teaching and teaching life of the special post teachers. Through the analysis of the causes of the teaching life of the rural special post teachers, this paper puts forward the way to solve the teaching life of the special post teachers in rural junior middle schools and improve the quality of the teaching and life of the rural special post teachers. In order to enable special post teachers to work better in rural areas, it has practical guiding significance for rural middle school education.
