对初学游泳的女大学生恐水心理分析与对策研究

【摘要】：本文通过石油大学(北京)蛙泳初级班100名初学女生的观察、分析比较,认为在游泳教学中重视学生的心理,把女生的心理特征作为教学研究的对象是必要的,并通过对初学女生怕水的特征、怕水心理的产生原因及表现等的分析,提出一定克服女生怕水心理的方法,以便在今后的教学中能够正确地运用心理学的规律去解释教学中所出现的问题,从而消除女生的怕水心理,尽快掌握游泳技术。
[Abstract]:Through the observation and comparison of 100 junior breaststroke girls in the breaststroke junior class of Petroleum University (Beijing), the author thinks that it is necessary to pay attention to the students' psychology in swimming teaching and take the psychological characteristics of female students as the object of teaching research. And through the analysis of the characteristics of fear of water, the causes and manifestations of the psychology of fear of water, the author puts forward some methods to overcome the mentality of fear of water for girls. In order to correctly use the law of psychology to explain the problems in teaching in the future, thus eliminating the female students' fear of water and mastering the swimming technique as soon as possible.
