基于翻转课堂教学模式的《导游业务》教学应用研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术的快速发展,教育逐步进入了信息化时代。信息技术不仅加快了教育信息化进程,提高了教育现代水平,不断的更新人才培养观念,更逐渐变革着传统教学模式。一种将知识学习置于课前,知识内化置于课上,知识巩固置于课后三环节的区别于传统课堂上、课堂下二环节的教学模式——翻转课堂应运而生,并受到越来越多教育者的推崇和青睐。“大众旅游”时代下旅游业快速发展,对于奔波在旅游业第一线的主力军——导游人员的贡献不可或缺。高校作为导游人员重要的输出地,承担着为旅游市场培养所需高素质导游人员的义务与职责。本文基于翻转课堂教学模式对《导游业务》教学展开研究。在研究了国内外关于翻转课堂教学模式现状的基础上,首先,对教学模式、翻转课堂教学模式做了概念界定。其次,分别对开展《导游业务》课程教学的辽宁五所高校14级、15级旅游管理专业的学生进行问卷调查,并对部分教师展开访谈,以此对获得的数据进行整理与分析。然后,对翻转课堂教学模式的课堂前知识学习、课堂中知识内化、课堂后知识巩固的环节与流程进行了详细的论述。最后,根据以上研究,以全陪导游一日游工作服务规程与服务质量为教学案例进行翻转课堂教学设计应用,作为《导游业务》翻转课堂教学模式范例,以此为旅游管理专业《导游业务》教学提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, education has gradually entered the information age. Information technology not only speeds up the process of educational informatization, but also improves the modern level of education, constantly updates the concept of talent training, and gradually changes the traditional teaching mode. One is to put the knowledge learning before the class, the knowledge internalization is placed in the class, the knowledge consolidation is placed in the three links after the class is different from the traditional classroom, the teaching mode of the two links under the classroom-flipping classroom arises at the historic moment. And by more and more educators praise and favor. The rapid development of tourism in the age of "mass tourism" is indispensable to the contribution of tour guides, the main force in tourism industry. As an important export place for tour guides, colleges and universities undertake the duties and responsibilities of cultivating high quality tour guides for the tourism market. Based on the flipping classroom teaching model, this paper studies the teaching of Tour Guide. On the basis of studying the current situation of flipping classroom teaching model at home and abroad, firstly, it defines the concept of teaching mode and flipping classroom teaching mode. Secondly, the students majoring in tourism management of grade 14 or grade 15 in five colleges and universities in Liaoning province were investigated by questionnaire, and some teachers were interviewed in order to sort out and analyze the data obtained. Then, the paper discusses in detail the pre-classroom knowledge learning, the internalization of the knowledge in the classroom, and the process of knowledge consolidation in the classroom. Finally, according to the above research, the service rules and service quality of full-time tour with tour guide are taken as teaching cases to carry on the application of flipping classroom teaching design, which can be used as a model of flipping classroom teaching mode of "tour guide business". In this way, it can be used for reference and reference for the tourism management specialty "Tour Guide Business" teaching.
