解析教师实践知识的来源及生成方式

【摘要】：教师知识的来源、生成方式,决定了教师实践知识在教学实践中发挥着独特作用;具体的教育教学情境是教师实践知识生成的基础;教师教学经验是教师实践知识的主要来源;教学反思、问题解决是促进教师实践知识生成的主要途径。澄清这四个方面的观点,一方面寄希于在教师实践知识研究领域能达成一定的话语共识,另一方面对教学实践中的教师实践知识的生成、更新也具有一定启发作用。
[Abstract]:The source and form of teacher's knowledge decide that the teacher's practical knowledge plays a unique role in the teaching practice, the concrete teaching situation is the foundation of the teacher's practical knowledge generation, the teacher's teaching experience is the main source of the teacher's practical knowledge, and the teacher's teaching experience is the main source of the teacher's practical knowledge. Teaching reflection, problem solving is the main way to promote teachers' practical knowledge generation. On the one hand, it hopes to reach a certain discourse consensus in the field of teachers' practical knowledge, on the other hand, it has a certain enlightening effect on the generation of teachers' practical knowledge in teaching practice.
