PISA中国独立研究实践对构建中国特色教育质量评价体系的启示——基于PISA2009中国独立研究

【摘要】:基于PISA2009中国独立研究,发现测试地区学生的阅读素养平均成绩低于OECD均值,数学素养和科学素养在国际上名列前茅;学生表现差距较大,城乡差距、校际差距指标均高于OECD平均水平;学生课业负担较重,阅读、数学和科学课内学习课时数指标远超OECD均值;师生关系的多个指标低于OECD平均水平。借鉴PISA的教育评价经验,关注中国独立研究结果,积极研制符合我国各个年龄层段学生的大规模教育评价项目,构建中国特色的教育质量监测体系。
[Abstract]:Based on the PISA 2009 China Independent Study, it is found that the average score of students in the test area is lower than the OECD average, and their mathematical and scientific literacy are among the best in the world. Many indicators of teacher-student relationship are lower than the average level of OECD. Referring to PISA's experience in education evaluation and focusing on China's independent research results, we actively develop large-scale education evaluation projects for students of all ages in China, and construct a monitoring system of education quality with Chinese characteristics.
