信息礼仪及其教育中的问题与对策研究

【摘要】：与物理世界一样,在虚拟世界中人的信息行为有其应然的格式、准则和规范去约束,即信息礼仪。如果信息礼仪及其教育处于缺失状态,那么就有可能出现粗俗、暴力性语言及网络欺凌等失序的行为和后果。因此,应高度重视信息礼仪的建立及其教育。在厘清信息礼仪、信息礼仪教育等概念后,对虚拟世界中信息礼仪和我国信息礼仪教育中存在的问题进行归类并分析原因。最后,从信息礼仪规范的构建和信息技术教育课程、内容、方法重构的视角,提出我国信息礼仪教育的对策。这对于我国推动信息文明生态和构建和谐信息社会具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:As in the physical world, in the virtual world, people's information behavior has its own format, rules and norms to constrain, that is, information etiquette. If information etiquette and its education are in a state of absence, it is possible to have disorderly behavior and consequences such as vulgarity, violent language and cyberbullying. Therefore, we should attach great importance to the establishment of information etiquette and its education. After clarifying the concepts of information etiquette and information etiquette education, this paper classifies and analyzes the problems existing in the information etiquette education in the virtual world and in our country. Finally, from the perspective of the construction of information etiquette norms and the curriculum, contents and methods of information technology education, the countermeasures of information etiquette education in China are put forward. It is of great significance to promote the information civilization ecology and build a harmonious information society in our country.
