面向师范生信息化教学设计能力培养的实训平台优化研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术的飞速发展,越来越多的技术应用于教学当中,信息技术如何发挥更大的效能成为人们的期待,而信息技术能否发挥效能要取决于教师的信息化教学设计能力,师范生作为教师培养源头活水,信息化教学设计能力就成为师范生转变成教师角色的一个主要前提条件。师范生实训平台旨在通过信息技术的综合运用培养师范生的信息技术应用能力,本文以东师理想开发的实训平台为研究对象,主要包括的功能有:师道讲坛、名师课例和资源中心三个模块。本研究旨在充分了解实训平台应用现状的情况下,分析信息化教学设计能力标准的基础上,了解实训平台对其支持作用,从而对实训平台进行优化研究。首先,针对师范生、信息化教学设计能力等基础概念进行厘清,并对建构主义学习理论、人本主义理论、教学设计基本理论以及实训平台功能进行分析。其次,根据《中小学教师信息技术能力标准(试行)》、《中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训课程标准》以及美国国际教育技术标准等相关规定,对师范生的信息化教学设计能力进行分析,确立师范生信息化教学设计能力的维度。再次,运用调查法,选取东北师范大学部分应用实训平台的师范生,对其进行信息化教学设计能力现状调查,通过数据的整理与分析,总结发现师范生通过平台的学习后,对信息化教学设计能力掌握的不足之处,最后针对师道讲坛、名师课例和资源中心这三个模块,提出对平台的优化方案,从而培养师范生的信息化教学设计能力。基于研究,本文得出以下结论:(1)师范生的信息化教学设计能力包括:教学目标设计、学习者特征分析、教学环境与资源分析、教学内容重组、学习过程分析以及学习评价研究六个维度。(2)实训平台需要对师道讲坛、名师课例和资源中心模块进行优化,具体内容:师道讲坛模块主题精细化、名师课例模块案例设计精细化以及增加资源操练模块。(3)面向师范生信息化教学设计能力培养的实训平台应该具备:来自专家、学者对相关教学理论主题的细化讲解;应该有针对整堂课及体现教育信息化特征的教学片段的精细化设计案例;应该有教学资源操练的模块。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, more and more technologies are applied in teaching. How to exert greater efficiency of information technology becomes the expectation of people, and whether information technology can play its effectiveness depends on the ability of information teaching design of teachers. As teachers' training, the ability of informationized teaching design has become a major prerequisite for normal students to change into teachers' roles. The purpose of the training platform for normal students is to train the students' ability of applying information technology through the comprehensive application of information technology. The practical training platform developed by the east teacher is the research object. The main functions of the platform include: the forum of teacher's Tao. Famous teacher lesson example and resource center three modules. The purpose of this study is to fully understand the current situation of the application of the practical training platform, and on the basis of analyzing the standard of the information-based teaching design ability, to understand the supporting role of the practical training platform, so as to optimize the training platform. Firstly, this paper clarifies the basic concepts of normal school students, information instructional design ability, and analyzes constructivism learning theory, humanism theory, teaching design basic theory and the function of practical training platform. Secondly, according to the relevant regulations such as the Information Technology competence Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers (for trial implementation), the Curriculum Standards for Information Technology Application ability training for Primary and Secondary School Teachers, and the United States International Educational Technology Standards, etc. This paper analyzes the ability of informational teaching design of normal school students, and establishes the dimensions of the ability of informationized teaching design of normal school students. Thirdly, using the method of investigation, select part of the normal students of Northeast normal University who apply practical training platform, investigate the current situation of the information-based teaching design ability, through the data collation and analysis, summarize and find that the normal students through the platform of learning, Finally, aiming at the three modules of teacher's Tao Forum, famous teacher's lesson example and resource center, the author puts forward the optimization scheme of the platform, so as to train the students' ability of information teaching design. Based on the research, this paper draws the following conclusions: (1) the ability of informational teaching design includes: teaching objective design, learner characteristics analysis, teaching environment and resources analysis, teaching content reorganization, The analysis of learning process and the study of learning evaluation are six dimensions. (2) the practical training platform needs to optimize the modules of the teacher's Tao Forum, the famous teacher's lesson examples and the Resource Center. (3) the practical training platform for the training of information teaching design ability of normal college students should have: from experts, scholars to explain the relevant teaching theory; There should be a detailed design case for the whole class and the teaching segment which embodies the characteristics of educational information, and there should be a module for teaching resources practice.
