【摘要】：教育部等九部门发布的《关于防治中小学生欺凌和暴力的指导意见》,旗帜鲜明地提出了我国对于中小学生欺凌和暴力的积极防治态度,同时,抓住我国中小学生欺凌和暴力防治的着力点,针对实践中存在的制度缺陷和现实问题,提出了建设性的意见,有利于相关主体采取积极、有效的行动,防治中小学生欺凌和暴力。
