认知行为理论视角下少年儿童礼仪教育研究

【摘要】:随着人们对素质教育认识的加深,在重视知识的获取、技能的习得的同时开始关注自身道德品质、礼仪素养的提升。但是自身礼仪素养的培养与提升并不是一朝一夕能够实现的,所以从小进行长期有效的针对成长的各个阶段的礼仪教育是必要的,而少年儿童这一重要的成长时期,更是礼仪教育的最佳阶段。通过认知行为理论以及少年儿童礼仪的相关理论综述,了解并掌握了认知行为理论的理论相关知识:认知理论、行为主义理论,认知行为主义理论以及班杜拉的社会学系理论,开展少年儿童的礼仪教育研究。少年儿童礼仪教育在提高全国人民素质水平上有重要的意义,把握少年儿童礼仪教育的重要性。少年儿童礼仪教育现状的调查是通过调查问卷进行分析,发现少年儿童礼仪教育现状存在的诸多问题。问卷从少年儿童对日常生活中的基本礼仪、学习生活礼仪、公共礼仪等方面着手,发现少年儿童存在一定程度的认知偏差,从而出现了一些不良的行为。应用认知行为理论分析少年儿童礼仪教育出现问题的原因,包含两个方面环境因素和少年儿童自身因素:如环境因素中父母教育的缺失、学校教学观念落后以及社会风气的不良影响了少年儿童对礼仪产生了错误认知,导致了礼仪缺失现象的出现,而不礼貌的行为又反过来影响少年儿童的认知过程,从而使少年儿童礼仪教育的问题越来越严重。从认知行为理论的视角深刻解读少年儿童礼仪教育研究,利用认知行为理论解读少年儿童礼仪教育出现以上问题的原因,从认知行为理论中一些治疗方法来矫正少年儿童日常生活学习中的一些不礼貌行为。最后提出少年儿童礼仪教育的意见和建议:开展少年儿童礼仪教育的建议主要有:1.建构认知,消除少年儿童的消极认知,可以从纠正消极认知,引导积极行为;设立合理课程,引导少年儿童积极参与行为这方面左手。2.干预行为,矫正少年儿童不良行为。设立奖励目标,为有好的礼仪典范准备奖励正面强化,提高少年儿童的自我效能感;激发少年儿童的成就动机,矫正其无礼行为;然后树立少年儿童学习的榜样典范,促进少年儿童的观察学习进而推广礼仪教育。3.优化环境,消除外部消极影响。构建良好的家庭环境、学校环境、少先队组织氛围和社会环境,最好家庭、学校和社会形成教育合力。通过这样的几方面的措施才能更好的为少年儿童礼仪教育构建良好外部氛围。为此在认知行为理论视角下对少年儿童礼仪教育展开研究有一定的研究价值和实践意义。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of people's understanding of quality education, attention is paid to the acquisition of knowledge and the acquisition of skills at the same time, they begin to pay attention to their own moral quality, the promotion of etiquette literacy. However, the cultivation and promotion of one's own etiquette literacy cannot be realized overnight. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out long-term and effective etiquette education for all stages of growth from an early age, and young children are an important period of growing up. Is the best stage of etiquette education. By summarizing the theory of cognitive behavior and children's etiquette, the author has learned and grasped the relevant knowledge of cognitive behavior theory: cognitive theory, behaviorism theory, cognitive behaviorism theory and Bandura's theory of social science. Carry out the study of etiquette education for children. Children's etiquette education is of great significance in improving the quality of the people in the whole country, and grasping the importance of children's etiquette education. The investigation of the present situation of children's etiquette education is based on the analysis of questionnaire, and finds out that there are many problems in the present situation of children's etiquette education. From the aspects of children's basic etiquette, learning etiquette, public etiquette and so on, it is found that there are some cognitive deviations and some bad behaviors appear. Using the cognitive behavior theory to analyze the causes of the problems in the etiquette education of children, including two aspects of environmental factors and children's own factors: such as the lack of parental education in environmental factors. The backward concept of school teaching and the bad social atmosphere affect the children's wrong cognition of etiquette, which leads to the phenomenon of lack of etiquette, and the behavior of impoliteness in turn affects the cognitive process of children. As a result, the problem of children's etiquette education is becoming more and more serious. From the perspective of cognitive behavior theory, the author deeply interprets the research on children's etiquette education, and explains the reasons for the above problems by using cognitive behavior theory. Some treatment methods in cognitive behavior theory are used to correct some impolite behaviors in children's daily life learning. At last, the author puts forward the suggestions of children's etiquette education: the suggestion of developing children's etiquette education is mainly 1: 1. Construct cognition, eliminate the negative cognition of children, can correct the negative cognition, guide the positive behavior, set up the reasonable curriculum, guide the children to take an active part in the behavior this aspect left hand. 2. To intervene and correct the bad behavior of children and adolescents. Set up reward goals, prepare for positive reinforcement for good etiquette models, improve children's sense of self-efficacy; stimulate children's achievement motivation and correct their rude behavior; and then set a good example for children to learn. Promote children's observation and learning, and then promote etiquette education. 3. Optimize environment and eliminate external negative effects. Build a good family environment, school environment, Young Pioneers organizational atmosphere and social environment, the best family, school and society to form an educational force. Through such measures, we can better build a good external atmosphere for children's etiquette education. Therefore, the research on children's etiquette education from the perspective of cognitive behavior theory has certain research value and practical significance.
