从利益的“零和博弈”走向发展的“双赢”

【摘要】:正《人民教育》2017年第3-4期刊发的《泛滥的评比可能引发教师群体"零和博弈"》一文,真实地道出了当前泛滥的评比对教育的腐蚀和对教师群体的伤害。如何从操作角度改进教师评比工作呢?与"零和"对应的是"双赢"。学校管理者要跳出"零和"思维,抱着科学认真的态度完善评比实施方案和配套制度,努力达成"双赢"。
[Abstract]:The "overflowing evaluation" published in the "people's Education" issue 3-4 in 2017 may lead to the "zero-sum game" of the teacher group, which truly shows the erosion of education and the harm to the teachers' group caused by the current overflowing evaluation. How to improve the teacher evaluation from the operational point of view? A zero sum corresponds to a win-win. School administrators should jump out of the "zero sum" thinking, take a scientific and serious attitude to improve the implementation of the evaluation program and supporting system, and strive to achieve "win-win".
