教育公平:理想与现实的双重变奏——从刘彭芝校长和刘铁芳教授的争论谈起

【摘要】：教育公平理论历来都是教育研究中的热点,不同的学者观点似乎不同,但结论又大体相同。当前,主要的教育公平理论有以胡森为代表的机会均等理论、以钱志亮为代表的教育资源平等理论、以罗尔斯为代表的公平理论以及从个体成长的角度来理解教育公平、从辩证法的角度来看教育公平。教育公平理论应该从全体与个体、理想与现实、理论与实践、物质与精神、机会与质量等方面加以考量,使教育公平成为人尽其才的教育。
[Abstract]:The theory of educational fairness has always been a hot spot in educational research. Different scholars seem to have different views, but the conclusion is roughly the same. At present, the main theories of educational fairness include the theory of equal opportunity represented by Houssen, the theory of equality of educational resources represented by Qian Zhiliang, the theory of equity represented by Rawls, and the understanding of educational fairness from the perspective of individual growth. From the perspective of dialectics, education is fair. The theory of educational fairness should be considered from the aspects of whole and individual, ideal and reality, theory and practice, material and spirit, opportunity and quality.
