新西兰科学教育质量监测框架探析及启示

【摘要】：2012年,新西兰开始运行新的国家基础教育质量监测项目——国家学生学业成就监测研究,第一年测试学科为科学和英语写作。科学教育质量监测方案由四部分组成,分别是知识与交流科学观点、科学本质、科学学习领域学生的学习态度与学习机会、教师对学校科学教学的观点。首次监测以纸笔测试、表现性活动观察和个体访谈三种方式对核心素养和科学学习领域的具体素养进行了重点评估,关注民族地区学生学业成就,并首次将特殊学生纳入监测范围。这对我国构建基于素养的科学教育质量监测方案具有一定的启示。
[Abstract]:In 2012, New Zealand began running a new national basic education quality monitoring project, the National Student academic Achievement Monitoring study, the first year of testing in science and English writing. The quality monitoring scheme of science education consists of four parts: knowledge and exchange of scientific viewpoints, scientific essence, students' learning attitude and learning opportunities in the field of scientific learning, and teachers' views on school science teaching. For the first time, the paper and pen tests, expressive activity observation and individual interviews were used to evaluate the core literacy and the specific literacy in the field of scientific learning, paying attention to the students' academic achievements in ethnic minority areas. Special students were included in the monitoring scope for the first time. This has some enlightenment to construct the quality monitoring scheme of science education based on literacy in our country.
