师生关系的异化及其治理——基于“学生欺师”现象的检视

【摘要】:近年来,学校中出现了程度不同的"学生欺师"现象,从其攻击性的程度看,主要表现为悖师、辱师、伤师、弑师等四种形式。"学生欺师"是师生关系的异化,其实质是正常师生关系的偏离,是社会人际关系冲突在学校中的反映。"学生欺师"不仅对教师造成直接的身心伤害,同时也会对当事学生、学校、家庭和社会等产生多方面的负面影响。"学生欺师"现象的产生与尊师重道优良传统的弱化,不良社会风气的蔓延及不良网络环境对学生的"污染"有关;与教师自我保护能力和意识及师生沟通技巧的缺乏、中小学生思想简单是非辨别能力及自控力差有关;与承担家庭教育责任的长辈素养与精力缺位、学校管理与评价中的人文情怀缺失有关;与政府法律法规不健全和处置不当也有关联。因此"学生欺师"问题需要综合治理,政府要重视和承担教师权益保护的法律法规建设责任,为师生关系的正常化营造良好环境;学校需提高教育的针对性与有效性,增强管理的柔性与弹性,大力倡导"爱心教育",提升师生人文素养;同时学校、妇联、社区等机构需强化开展家长教育的责任。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the phenomenon of "students deceiving teachers" has appeared in schools in different degrees. In terms of the degree of aggression, it is mainly manifested in four forms: contrary division, insulting teacher, injuring teacher and killing teacher. " Students deceiving teachers "is the alienation of teacher-student relationship, its essence is the deviation of normal teacher-student relationship and the reflection of social interpersonal conflict in school." Students deceiving teachers "not only cause direct physical and mental harm to teachers, but also have many negative effects on students, schools, families and society." The phenomenon of "students deceiving teachers" is related to the weakening of the fine tradition of respecting teachers, the spreading of bad social atmosphere and the "pollution" of students caused by bad network environment, and the lack of teachers' self-protection ability and consciousness, as well as the communication skills between teachers and students. The simple thinking of primary and middle school students is related to their poor ability to distinguish between non-discrimination and self-control, to the absence of their elders' accomplishment and energy, and to the lack of humanistic feelings in school management and evaluation. And government laws and regulations are not sound and improper handling also has a connection. Therefore, the problem of "students deceiving teachers" needs to be comprehensively dealt with. The government should pay attention to and assume the responsibility of building laws and regulations for the protection of teachers' rights and interests, create a good environment for normalizing teacher-student relations, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of education. It is necessary to strengthen the flexibility and flexibility of management, to advocate "love education" and to enhance the humanistic literacy of teachers and students. At the same time, schools, women's federations, communities and other institutions need to strengthen the responsibility of carrying out parent education.
