从抑制到促进:论教学个性变革的境界

【摘要】：教学个性的核心是教师基于"自我"显现的创造。在教育变革成为常态的今天,教学个性的生成与教育变革境界的高低息息相关。传统教育变革突出外在工具性功能,推崇由外到内与整齐划一的实践逻辑,固守教育内容与方法,采用行政推动与专家主导的方式,教师的任务是执行变革命令,教学个性难以生成。追求以人的发展统领教育本体性与工具性功能的教育变革价值,遵循内外结合与情境激发的变革逻辑,关注教师身份与个体作为的变革焦点,采用行动研究与专业支持的变革方法,使教师在情境中自我创造,教学个性由此生成。
[Abstract]:The core of teaching personality is the teacher's creation based on self-manifestation. Today, when educational reform becomes the norm, the formation of teaching personality is closely related to the level of educational reform. The traditional educational reform emphasizes the external instrumental function, advocates the practice logic from outside to inside, adheres to the contents and methods of education, adopts the way of administrative promotion and expert leading, and the task of teachers is to carry out the order of change. Teaching personality is difficult to generate. In pursuit of the educational reform value of the Noumenon and instrumental functions of education under the guidance of human development, following the reform logic of the combination of internal and external and situational stimulation, we should pay attention to the reform focus of teacher identity and individual action. By using the method of action research and professional support, teachers can create themselves and their teaching personality can be created.
