慕课变革师资培训研究

【摘要】:近年来,教师教育受重视程度大幅度上升,国家也出台了各种促进教师教育发展的相关政策法规。职后师资培训是教师教育的一方面,自2010年国家开始实施“中小学教师国家级培训计划”(简称“国培计划”)以来,各级各类师资培训项目在全国如火如荼地开展起来,但培训中的工学矛盾严重、教法单一、理论与实践脱节、实效性差等问题普遍存在,严重阻碍了教师教育的健康可持续发展。在“互联网+”背景下,师资培训机构和研究人员应该积极思考教师培训的过去、现在和未来,利用现代先进互联网优势,推进基于慕课的师资培训平台建设,为以后教师教育的发展开辟一条新的道路。本研究主要从以下五个部分进行阐述:第一章阐述了慕课变革师资培训研究的选题缘由,从师资培训或教师培训、慕课或MOOC(Massive Online Open Course)、基于慕课(MOOC)的师资培训这三方面进行文献综述,并介绍了本研究的思路、方法与意义。第二章主要从宏观和微观的角度介绍慕课变革师资培训的时代背景与意义,领会“互联网+”行动战略对社会发展的要求,抓住先进网络技术带来的机遇,为我国师资培训指明新的发展方向。第三章首先介绍了慕课变革师资培训的理论基础,然后通过梳理并选取远程教育各个阶段(即函授教育、广播电视教育、网络教育)的教师教育案例,总结各阶段的成功经验和失败教训,为网络教育新时代的慕课(MOOC)培训提供办学平台、课程开发、教学评价等方面的借鉴和思考。第四章采用文献分析、访谈调查及叙事研究法,选取某高校参训教师为研究对象,从与他们的深入交流和个别教师的慕课学习日志中了解参训教师对慕课的使用及课堂受影响情况,思考与分析使用现状背后的原因与影响因素,为网络时代的师资培训创建一个更高效、更全面、更有发展前景的平台奠定基础。第五章从慕课的使用意愿、现状及影响因素中总结目前师资培训中慕课建设存在的问题,并探寻问题解决的对策,促进基于慕课的师资培训模式的完善和发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, teacher education has been paid more and more attention, and various policies and regulations have been issued to promote the development of teacher education. Post-service teacher training is one of the aspects of teacher education. Since the implementation of the National training Plan for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in 2010, all kinds of teacher training projects at all levels have been carried out in full swing throughout the country. However, the problems such as serious contradiction between work and learning, single teaching method, disjointed theory and practice, poor actual effect and so on have seriously hindered the healthy and sustainable development of teacher education. Under the background of "Internet", teachers training institutions and researchers should actively think about the past, present and future of teacher training, and make use of the advantages of modern advanced Internet to promote the construction of teacher training platform based on curriculum. For the future development of teacher education to open up a new road. This study is mainly described from the following five parts: the first chapter describes the reasons for the research on teacher training for the reform of curriculum, from the teacher training or teacher training, This paper reviews the three aspects of teacher training based on (MOOC), and introduces the ideas, methods and significance of this study. The second chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of teacher training from macro and micro perspectives, understands the demand for social development from the action strategy of "Internet", and catches the opportunity brought by advanced network technology. It points out a new developing direction for teacher training in our country. The third chapter first introduces the theoretical basis of teacher training for the reform of curriculum, and then combs and selects the cases of teacher education in various stages of distance education (that is, correspondence education, radio and television education, network education). This paper summarizes the successful experience and failure lessons of each stage, and provides the platform for running a school, curriculum development, teaching evaluation and so on for the (MOOC) training of the new era of network education. The fourth chapter uses the literature analysis, interview investigation and narrative research method to select the training teachers of a certain university as the research object. From the deep communication with them and the learning log of individual teachers, we can understand the use of the class and the influence of the classroom, and think about and analyze the reasons and influencing factors behind the present situation of use. For the network era of teacher training to create a more efficient, more comprehensive, more promising platform to lay the foundation. The fifth chapter summarizes the problems existing in the construction of Mu class from the intention of using, the present situation and the influencing factors, and explores the countermeasures to solve the problem, and promotes the improvement and development of the model of teacher training based on the Moo course.
