基于实践教学需求的共同体建构与教师专业发展探微

【摘要】:基于实践教学需求的共同体建构,应当契合实践需求的立身之本,恪守平等对话的基本准则以及生成交流舞台的实体存在。但是,当前基于实践教学需求的共同体建构面临教师专业发展内在诉求的淡漠、教师专业发展和谐氛围的缺失以及教师专业发展有效渠道的单一化等现实困境。对此,需要注重群体学习平台搭建与内在诉求的激发、专业发展平台构筑与合作文化的营造以及教研一体化形塑与任务导向平台的打造,强化基于实践教学需求的共同体建设,促进教师专业发展。
[Abstract]:The construction of community based on the demand of practical teaching should accord with the foundation of practical demand, abide by the basic principle of equal dialogue and the existence of the entity that generates the exchange stage. However, the current community construction based on the practical teaching needs is faced with such practical difficulties as the indifference of the inherent demands of teacher professional development, the lack of harmonious atmosphere of teacher professional development and the simplification of effective channels of teacher professional development. Therefore, we should pay attention to the construction of group learning platform and the stimulation of internal demands, the construction of professional development platform and the construction of cooperative culture, and the creation of integrated teaching and research platform and task-oriented platform, so as to strengthen the community building based on the needs of practical teaching. To promote the professional development of teachers.
