育人能力是教师教育教学能力的核心

【摘要】：正习近平总书记在与北京师范大学师生座谈时深刻指出:"教师重要,就在于教师的工作是塑造灵魂、塑造生命、塑造人的工作。"教师的根本任务是教书育人,培养和提升教师的教育教学能力,应该以育人能力为核心。大量教育实践和研究充分表明,教师的育人能力高低直接关系到学生能否健康成长成才。国家义务教育质量监测几年来的结果显示,教师积极的育
