国家复兴关键期俄罗斯教育改革的战略性方向规划——基于对《俄联邦2016-2020年教育发展目标纲要》的分析

【摘要】：俄罗斯正处于追求大国复兴的关键期,教育被视为实现国家复兴的重要支柱。《俄联邦2016-2020年教育发展目标纲要》(简称《纲要》)是俄罗斯未来五年教育发展的纲领性文件。《纲要》明确了俄罗斯教育改革优先发展的战略方向,将创新型人才的培养作为该时期教育改革的总目标。俄罗斯联邦政府强调构建连续职业教育体系,利用现代信息技术促进教育现代化,发展个性化教育模式,完善现代化教育质量评价体系,并着力加强教师队伍建设,提升科研与创新水平,从而实现国家复兴。
[Abstract]:Russia is in the critical period of pursuing the renaissance of great powers. Education is regarded as an important pillar to realize the national rejuvenation. The outline of the Education Development goals for 2016-2020 of the Russian Federation (abbreviated as the outline) is the programmatic document for the development of education in Russia in the next five years. The strategic direction of first development, The training of innovative talents is the overall goal of educational reform in this period. The Government of the Russian Federation emphasizes the establishment of a continuous vocational education system, the use of modern information technology to promote the modernization of education, the development of individualized education models, the improvement of the evaluation system for the quality of modern education, and the strengthening of the construction of the teaching staff. Raise the level of scientific research and innovation to achieve national rejuvenation.
